Small and good for short term stays
Pros:

The comforter and blanket were so nice. The AC was right above the bed too so our sleep was always comfortable. The host is very responsive and the guide sent over to us was very comprehensive.

Cons:

If washing your clothes, the dryer option in the machine doesn't work at all. I dried my clothes with the hair dryer which took about an hour. There aren't any windows so it can get pretty humid on the bottom floor after the shower. All in all it's in a good central part of town and a 7 min walk from Okubo station.
