Pros:

Месторасположение хорошее. Близко к порту, пляжу. Автобусная остановка, магазины
Разрешили припарковать авто на территории дома, за воротами. Это было неожиданно и очень приятно.
Удобный, независимый вход в апартаменты.
Чистое белье.
В подвале есть защищенная комната (пришлось посетить).

Cons:

Апартаменты мягко сказать убитые. Самая большая проблема отсутствие вытяжки в туалете, пришлось купить освежитель. Близость душевой к унитазу. Отсутствие швабры, невозможно собрать воду.
Нет крючка для полотенца.
Кухня: нет нормального кухонного ножа, кухонное полотенце отсутствует, чайник давно просит чистки, на 4 человек 3 стакана, 2 чайные кружки.
В защищённой комнате нет вентиляции и используется в качестве прачечной и склада.

I got scammed
Pros:

Really poor accomodation.

Cons:

The description in the Booking.com ad, showing beautiful images and descriptions of the ‘apartment,’ is misleading. What the guest actually gets is prison cell–like accommodation with poor, dirty facilities. The bed was broken, and there was urine on the curtains. It took us 20 seconds to realize that we’d been scammed. Don’t fall for the cheap price — the standards are extremely low.

המנעול שבור , יש חור בדלת המקשרת לחדר של אנשים זרים , החלון לא ננעל בחודש אוגוסט!!! אין עם מי לדבר , שירות על הפנים ומקום מזעזע , לא מאמינה שבוקינג מפרסמים כזה מקום , לא דומה לתמונות.

Avoid this place at any price SCAMMERS!
Cons:

Rude host I ever seen! Rude clowns that charged me immediately 200$ , however I never received the room!
They asking you send them your sensitive information through WhatsApp such as your passport! When I explained them I don't like send kind of sensitive information of course on WhatsApp... I can show you when I arrive. I was refused, I asked for refund i was refused too. I told them I can send my American driving license because this is id too. I was refused.
Basically this clowns they scammers who collecting your money and never provide you the room. I did a research I figured out the sell same room for few people. And never doing refund after making your life nightmare. Also they charged me double price as I seen later on my credit card! Be aware booking not gonna help you with that! You have to deal with this clowns . Reach them very difficult! Avoid at any cost! And save your time and money! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER SEEN!
