It was great overall.
Pros:

All good, Lovely view from the bar/restaurant area, Food was cold in the breakfast.

Cons:

do not expect Microwave or Kettle.

Nice location, pretty view, Rest was not the best
Pros:

The View from the Rooftopbar, the Location near to the City, we had a room on the 15th floor next to the pretty Rooftopbar

Cons:

The room (Stains in the bed and small amount of dirt in the Bath) wasn‘t perfect clean, the breakfast wasn‘t delicious, the Spa was closed but nobody Mentioned it before the booking , minibar was empty

Great location and the view
Pros:

Beautiful view. The receptionist sandy (not sure the spelling) his lovely very polite and very welcoming. Breakfast area amazing view. Locations walking distance on everything. Shame I book this hotel because I want a spa and massage but it wasn’t available as it’s low season, only indoor pool is working. Didn’t manage to use it either, Gutted. But we made it our stay great. Bed super comfy slept like a baby

Spas wasn’t open. 😏😞

Room was big, clean.
Parking option was appreciated.
Good location.

Cons:

SPA had many issues: slippery floors (I fell!), no changing rooms, some things unfinished, some things broken. They ran out of bath robes to give guests.
Breakfast was good, but were missing tea spoons, had to wait a long time for cups, glasses. Toaster broken.
Elevator had constant issues, on check out day had to walk from floor 15 to 0 by stairs, with all our luggage.

Pros:

Modernes Hotel mit kühler Atmosphäre, bequeme Betten und gute Kissen. Schöner Ausblick vom Frühstücksbereich in der 15. Etage, Tiefgaragenparkplatz vorhanden, alles fußläufig erreichbar aufgrund der zentralen Lage. Zimmer ansprechend aber sehr nüchtern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Zimmer im ersten und zweiten Stock, weitere Hoteletage im 14. Stock und im 15. Stock inklusive Frühstücksbereich, dazwischen kein Hotelbetrieb. Beim gerade noch akzeptablen Frühstück gab es Schwarztee nur gegen Aufpreis, mit der Begründung es gibt Bergtee, welcher nur sehr dünn war. Kaffee war gerade noch trinkbar. Um in den kühlen Spa-Bereich zu kommen, muss man das Hotel verlassen und einen Flur im Außenbereich überqueren. Der Spa ist öffentlich zugänglich und verdient nicht seinen Namen. Wasserkocher und Bademantel nicht vorhanden. Balkon schmutzig. Für mich max. 3 Sterne Kategorie.

Parcheggio comodo,posizione eccellente, camera spaziosa e con balcone e vista su lungo mare.

Cons:

Un solo ascensore a uso ospiti e personale di servizio, generava lunghe attese sia a salire che a scendere, senza possibilita di scegliere se scendere o salire.

Non forniscono acqua ne caffe ne the nella stanza.

Dissatisfied with the hotel.
Pros:

Location was excellent. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was daily.

Cons:

The sauna and salt room were not working. The pool water was salty. Breakfast was terrible. Same options daily which were not a lot and the food was cold! The rooms had no kettle or tea which is a shame for such a big hotel. There was no complimentary water which is bare minimum for hotels.
People were smoking in the restaurant which is unsafe.
Overall, the hotel needs to do a lot better.
