Hôtel qualitatif, personnel très agréable et serviable. 
Pros:

Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel pour l’accueil tout au long de notre séjour. Tout le monde a été très gentil et serviable, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La nourriture est excellente, et l’hôtel est propre 

Cons:

Le fait que les gens puissent fumer au niveau du restaurant au 15eme étage est plutôt désagréable

Jeśli miałabym wrócić do Sarandy, zatrzymałabym się ponownie w tym hotelu.
Pros:

Restauracja i bar na 15 piętrze. Basen. Pokoje bardzo czyste i nowoczesne. Duża łazienka.

Cons:

Śniadanie. Mógłby być większy wybór. Jajka sadzone lub omlet były zimne.

Personnel très accueillant, à l'écoute et très arrangeant (réceptionniste du 18 avril après-midi).
Parking pratique
Bon Restaurant avec une belle vue.
Très bonne qualité de la literie.
Vu du balcon exceptionnel sur l'île de Corfu et la ville.

Cons:

Chambre triple très décevante.
Première chambre attribuée: humidité, saleté et taille non conforme pour 3 personnes. TV non fonctionnel.
Deuxième chambre attribuée: odeur d'urine et humidité.
Petit-déjeuner basique avec peu de choix.
Piscine très décevante, humidité +++, très forte odeur de peinture. Sol, transat et serviettes très sale.

Bardzo dobray hotel z przemiłą obsługa i potencjałem
Pros:

Obsługa na recepci jak i w restauracja. Miła atmosfera.

Cons:

Nazwa pokoju Delux. Nie miało nic wspolnego z ta nazwa. Pani twierdziła, ze Delux oznacza 3 łòzko w pokoju trzyosobowym ....troche słabo. Nie wie moze powinno sie spac na podłodze. Delux powinno oznaczać np: bezposredni wodok na morze, szlafroki, kawa, herbata czy woda w pokoju skoro juz był czajnik elektryczny. Poza tym fajnie byłoby udostepnic mokrofalówke na sali sniadaniowej, i oczywiscie zainwesrawac w podgrzewacze do utrzymania ciepłego jedzenia. Zimna jajecznic smakuje strasznie.
