Vi hade bokat juniorsviten då den var prisvärd och vi unnande oss det denna gång. Rummet var härligt med två balkonger och fantastisk utsikt. Supersköna sängar. Städningen var utmärkt och städpersonalen så trevliga. Det var lugnt och skönt på hotellet. Bra AC. Läget var perfekt. Nära havet men inte precis i all aktivitet. Nära bussarna som tog oss till och från Tirana. Frukosten var bra och fräsch och restaurangen rymlig, fin och med den otroliga utsikten. Spa ingick i priset men vi provade det inte.
Vi har inget att klaga på men om man är känslig person så kan det höras en del ljud utifrån med musik och trafik men det gäller alla hotell där. Hotellet hade bra ljudisolering när balkongen var stängd. Vi stördes dock inte.

No volveremos y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Todo funciona mal salvo el Wifi y el servicio de habitaciones.
Que se tenga en cuenta que hablamos de un HOTEL 5 estrellas!!! Ellos mismos no son conscientes.
1. Recepció:: Personal inexperto y a veces despistado. Vas a pedir algo y están manipulando el móvil delante tuyo mientras esperas que te atiendan.
Quise reservar un masaje y solo me mostraron el WhatsApp de un cartel. Ese WhatsApp resultó ser un teléfono de centralita de este servicio fuera del hotel.
Me hicieron reserva a las 18:30h pero no se lo comunicaron al hotel y me quedé sin masaje.
Les hice saber mi descontento y con un "I'm very Sorry Sir" ya finalizamos.
En mi experiencia otros hoteles qué comenten estos fallos de estas características te lo compensan de alguna manera.
2. Spa: Totalmente sin supervisión. Algunos padres dejaron allí niños y se marchaban.
Entonces no es un SPA es un aquapark.
3. Restaurante: Un despropósito, gente fumando a tu alrededor aunque vayas con un niño.
Estuve sentado diez minutos y nadie venía a tendernos a pesar de que nos habían visto.
4. Desayuno,: Con diferencia el peor desayuno que hemos tomado en Albania. Carente de fruta y totalmente selfservice.
Ni te montan la mesa ni las tienen montadas.
Tienen una tostadora rota que la encienden metiendo un tenedor en el botón de encendido.
Como tiene truco lógicamente no la puedes encender tú mismo...
5. Te encontrabas cosas en medio de pasillos y ascensores. Tuvimos una cuna delante de la habitación dos días hasta que se lo dije al responsable.
6. Dirección: comunicamos a la dirección nuestra incomodidad dentro de su hotel ya que esperábamos estar en un hotel de 5 estrellas y salvo por las instalaciones con suerte le damos 3.
Le comencé al responsable a informar de todas las cosas que aquí pongo y unas cuantas más.
No quería hacerlo pero parecía que por mucho que le dijera no era suficiente. En su opinión era solo mi punto de vista...

Ma hanno messo su parcheggio del condominio e giorno dopo ho litigato con la persona del condominio, la persona aveva ragione il parcheggio era il suo, sono rimasto male con la persona che gestisce il pareggio
