Pros:

The bed, location, the room vas very clean. Tried to help us book bikes as well.

Cons:

They said that we booked for a different night and was confusing in the beginning until they knew they were wrong. Asked many times for the toilet paper, and the toilet itself was broken. The shower flooded. The checkout time was confusing as well, he told us we can go at 8pm then called us in the morning to come back which was figured out in the end. Also he promised to call a taxi driver for us in the evening to the train station then without any communication didn't do it. When we asked about it he just told us that the taxi driver is not available (he knew it from the beginning but didn't tell us until the end).

Wonderful stay in Burabay. Would love to come back some day!
