Pros:

The aircon is cold and room is tidy.

Cons:

No tv channels, the location is far to walk from MOA. No water, no toilet paper and soaps provided. Too expensive to stay.

Pros:

Unit was clean and owner responded quickly. Caretaker was also nice. Beds were comfortable. Recommended if you do not need a parking space

Great Value for Money
Pros:

Good Value for money, well located with a variety of restaurants, a few convenience shops, ATM's, laundromat, salons and massage places among other conveniences. About 1km from Mall of Asia, very conveniently located.

The owner was very helpful and responsive, will definitely stay here again when next in Manila.
