Clean and comfy
Unit was clean and owner responded quickly. Caretaker was also nice. Beds were comfortable. Recommended if you do not need a parking space

Good Value for money, well located with a variety of restaurants, a few convenience shops, ATM's, laundromat, salons and massage places among other conveniences. About 1km from Mall of Asia, very conveniently located.
The owner was very helpful and responsive, will definitely stay here again when next in Manila.

There were little bugs (pests) when we checked in. Don’t know where it came from but I learned to kill bugs real fast on the first day.
