Lights are unmanagable, keeps flickering, we tried sleeping with red lights on, customer support had no help here. Surroundings are extremely noisy, you are in the same stairs as a kebab shop, and the appartment needs ventilation that makes so much noise it keeps you awake. Matrasses are so cheap and worn out i have red spots where the springs off the matrass was. Never again, we checked out and left 1 day early because of this.

特に嫌なことないのですが、少しだけお風呂場は汚いと思いました。
目立つことではなく、でももう少しお風呂場壁が少しピンクのカビがありました。
その他は満足してます。

Lack of facilities like rice cooker and iron. Found out the electric stove isn't working either.

・下のお店の匂いが気になります。
・電気の付け方が難しいです。スライド方式でした。
・テレビがほぼ映らなかったです、、

it's may be difficult to find it, it's actually near a turkish restaurant

- did not have iron to iron clothes.

- if you come with 5 pax, plan your luggage. once you lay the sofabeds to sleep, there is little space for luggage.

1. Strong smell - Exhaust gas from first floor blowing directly to your room!

3. And most importantly , you are worse than in prison when you sleep. The light under your bed just keep turning on ! And when you ask the owner, she told you that , yes you can’t switch off the light!
Woh ! What an experience! We then moved out to a normal place in the midnight because we have a child and the child has to sleep. of course they are not refunding for this day because it is our “own” problem.

The owner conducted loud construction work during the night (past midnight to early morning) without even warning me, during 3 nights. He let the workers work right behind my windows (nice privacy...) and the isolation is so poor that we could hear everything, One night, I could not even get out of the apartments since a scaffolding was blocking the main door. After complaining to customer service, he refused to refund me because I did not complain to him directly during the stay even though he was clearly aware of the disturbance caused.

Maybe they could put some hooks for coats or jackets to hang or floating shelves or cabinets for more storage. Maybe add a collapsable clothes hanger because they have a washing machine which is very good.
