It was a bit petty to charge for early check in after travelling for 41 hours and it raining outside. Besides I stayed over a week. The room was ready in any case.

Pros:

Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand da. Auch Anrufe bei der ausgehängten Telefonnummer wurden nicht angenommen.
Durch einen Beschäftigten des Restaurants nebenan wurden wir eingelassen (nach 15 Min).
Dann wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss (behindertengerecht und Zweibettzimmer) belegt sei. Schuld wäre Booking.com die das Zimmer doppelt belegt habe ?! Wir mussten dann im Obergeschoß Zimmer nehmen.
Mein Ehemann ist zur Zeit noch nicht so fit (Oberschenkelbruch) und kann sehr schlecht Treppen laufen.

Ein rundum toller Ort! ALLE Mitarbeitenden sind ausgesprochen freundlich, serviceorientiert, zugewandt, hilfsbereit...saubere Zimmer, das Frühstück bestens. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt im Hotel/Restaurant, und die Kombination mit Buchhandlung und Weltladen ist wunderbar - allein dort kann man viel Zeit verbringen und schöne Sachen sehen und kaufen. Wirklich rundum ein sehr wertschätzendes Konzept. Auch die Lage finde ich perfekt, und trotz zwntralem Standort war es nicht zu laut. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!
