Great stay, wonderful staff in the perfect location at a very good price
Pros:

The staff is wonderful so friendly and kind. They also gave me great information for travel to other parts of Albania. The property is in a great location, easy to walk or get a bus to get anywhere. You can walk to all major sights without a problem plus there are many good restaurants nearby.
Everything was clean and comfortable, plus the breakfast was nice and filling. As others mentioned, there is no elevator but it was not a problem since I knew this in advance.

Pros:

The staff is super kind and welcoming. Excellent location, only 10 minutes walk to the main square and local attractions. Nice breakfast included, rooms are clean and spacious. Would go back there.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato rilassante, piacevole e ben servito.
Pros:

La colazione ci è piaciuta molto, sempre presenti brioches, omelette, toast (tutto fatto al momento) succo, caffè, yogurt, frutta, ecc. Staff disponibile per ogni cosa essendo presente 24H e gentile nell'accontentare i clienti. Ambiente pulito e accogliente, la stanza veniva pulita e sistemata ogni giorno. La posizione dell'albergo perfetta per visitare la città, vicino alle attrazioni più importanti e comoda per fare una pausa a mezza giornata.

Cons:

Purtroppo sono sprovvisti dell'ascensore e per alcuni potrebbe risultare stancante fare continuamente le scale. La camera accogliente, ma leggermente piccola e stretta. Risulta in ogni caso sufficiente se l'obiettivo è visitare la città e i dintorni. Abbiamo avuto una problematica di rumore la prima notte, causata da musica del pub vicino e una seconda notte probabilmente dovuta ad un mal funzionamento del riscaldamento che non ci ha fatto dormire.

Posizione centralissima
Pros:

La posizione è centralissima e permette di spostarsi a Tirana tranquillamente a piedi senza troppi problemi

Cons:

La colazione ha opzioni un po' misere, basterebbe aggiungere una piccola crema alla nocciola in più e magari latte senza lattosio (io da intollerante, purtroppo ho trovato opzioni)

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I wanted to especially thank Griselda and Shuko for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

From the moment we arrived, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful — nothing was too much trouble. We were esp really grateful for their help on the day of checkout. Their cheerful presence each day made a huge difference to our experience. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.

It’s rare to come across such thoughtful, kind, and professional service — and because of them, we would return in a heartbeat. If you’re thinking of booking, do it — and if you’re lucky enough to meet Griselda and Shuko, you’re in for a real treat!
