Value Hotel & Spa Near Lady Buddha
Pros:

Rooftop bar and pool overlooking the ocean and Lady Buddha Park. Good breakfast buffet. Very courteous and friendly staff. Spacious room with a large shower. A $4 Grab Taxi from the airport. Complimentary green tea and 2 bottles of water. A room minibar had additional items.

Cons:

There is not a full service restaurant outside of breakfast, but a few food choices at the rooftop bar.

A really good experience!
Pros:

It was overall a good experience. Location awesome, quiet but close to everything. Loved that they had motorbikes to rent.

Too far away from main areas … nothing around the hotel ….

The hotel was clean. The staff were nice.

Cons:

It was too far away from the main area. Although on the beach front there was nothing on the beach ie bars or sun loungers or anything around the area either left or right. We specifically asked for a room with a balcony and double checked this and were assured we had a balcony room . The balcony looked onto a wall and only had one chair and a table … we asked for another chair but were told that these rooms could only have one chair on the balcony ( even though two could fit on there ) … so we couldn’t sit together to have a coffee in the morning or just sit out and chill …. We booked for three nights but checked out after two nights…..

Pros:

Staff here are great, and the location is fantastic very close to the beach but not much people, a little bit far from the central beach area but very quiet at night. Food were great and view was great too.

Cons:

The design of the bathroom is just weird, the toilet area gets wet too every time after shower.

Don't recommend
Pros:

The view is nice and it's pretty quiet.

Cons:

The rooms are not very clean, there was mold everywhere on our curtains and some brown stains. Someone's white handprint on our closet door wasn't removed/cleaned during our 6 days stay. The "terrace" can barely fit one person standing up, so I wouldn't even call it a terrace. The breakfast food was always cold. On the last two days we didn't get any refill of toilet paper and shower gel. We tried to visit the sky bar once around 8:30pm and we didn't find anyone from the staff/servers for 15mins so we just left. On our check out day they tried to charge us with some stuff from the mini bar that we didn't consume. The problem was resolved, but overall it was very unpleasant stay. This hotel is far away from the 4 star hotel they promote they are.

Book the balcony with bathtub room.
Pros:

Lovely hotel - recommend the balcony room with bathtub - so good. Also go to breakfast a bit later to avoid the Indian guests. This hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool, clean gym great sauna room as well.
Enjoyed the free afternoon tea on the rooftop.

Cons:

Hallways outside of the room need to be cleaned more often.
Ignorant Indian guests, which isn't the hotel fault.

Dogs barking through the night, not the hotels fault but a factor, there is a dog kennel at the back of the hotel.

Overall good stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Room and bed were very good, clean with separate toilet and shower. Shower had proper screening so water didn’t go everywhere which is common in Vietnam. WIFI was very good.
Special mention to Doorman King who was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Restaurant for evening meal did not seem to be open, but limited meals were available. Maybe because of Tet holidays when most people/staff are on holidays themselves.
Think because hotel is not in hub of touristy area it catered more for Vietnamese customers.
