Not very accommodating
Pros:

Very good location, cute rooms, clean

Cons:

Unfortunately the worst service we had in all of a Japan. Both of the staff were pretty rude and didn't really seem to want to interact with us. When we asked for a second blanket they wanted to refuse it because "everyone has just one blanket". We pay good money, we want to be comfortable. The bed is extremely small, in no way is that a regular double bed. The self check in kiosks did not work, not for check in and not for check out. This was the most expensive stay we had per night and definitely not worth that amount of money.
