The entrance fella lurky and unsafe..
Reception kinda cramped and cheap

I booked the wrong hotel I thought it was j7 plaza.
Arrived and the receptionist was rude.
We waited 2 hours and got a closed room with no windows.
Tiles on the br floor was Loos
The wallpaper was falling off.
Generally the room felt like a short time, not a regular hotel.
I paid for a superior delux 3300 and got a closed of basement feeling like room.

The moved us to a better room with balcony, though it was 40 degrees Celsius outside so not to be used.

Br, was better this time but still the shower wasn't screened off..so everything get wet when you shower there.

Pros:

Staff are friendly. Accessible to shops and malls.

Cons:

The shower curtain should have been longer that will touch the floor because it was short that it splashes and flood the floor when taking a shower.

Exceptional
Pros:

Room's are spacious, and staffs were really good. I was given a wrong room (not as advertised here), but it was sorted with ease. They even upgraded the other room. All in all, our stay was great.
