Very good for the price & location. Though you have to carry your luggage upstairs
Pros:

Host was communicative and supportive.
room was good and clean for the price.
House in a small alley but it's a central location. Not noisy is a big advantage

Cons:

Host wasn't onsite, so no one help you with carrying your luggage up & downstairs, if you have a heavy luggage and the room is on high floor, it might be a problem.
Cleaner need to be more mindful to not enter the room before guest's check out time.

Pros:

No hot water, my room was tried to be broken into 3 times and that's while I was in it and couldn't help me with transfers to airport.
