The property and staff exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

The front desk was so helpful! We had many bags of luggage that we did not need to open for our stay, so they held our luggage for us and upgraded our room. On the day we left, our flight was delayed so they let us keep all of our luggage there for the whole day.

Cons:

The washing machine/dryer left our clothes/ jeans wrinkled even after we took them right out.

Lots of space and facilities at a good price
Pros:

The size of the room was awesome, having a table and chairs to sit at was great. The blackout curtains were fantastic, there was no light coming in the room at all in the morning. The included washer/dryer was fantastic, they even provided laundry detergent. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were enough supermarkets nearby to be able to have breakfast in the room each day. The reception staff were helpful when needed.

Cons:

Nothing. I wish I had also booked this hotel when I got back to Tokyo at the end of my trip, it was a lot better than where I stayed in Aksasaka.

Perfect location, quiet, near subway and shops!
Pros:

Vicinity so close to tube station but a quiet area. Shops within walking distance. The property was perfect they thought of everything. Iron, washer, dryer, stove top, oven. Roomy. Separate toilet. Staff are amazing here
