Leider schlechter Umgang mit Fehlern (13° im Zimmer)

Die einfache Buchung und Abläufe beim check in, der nette Mann ab der Rezeption

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hatte nur 13,5 Grad, ich hatte es bei Ankunft gemeldet, musste dann aber nochmal weg. Als ich 3h später gegen Mitternacht wieder kam, war es immer noch genau so kalt und ich musste frierend übernachten. Im Nachgang wurde mir schriftlich vom Hotelmanager mehrfach vorgeworfen, ich hätte handeln sollen. Eine Entschuldigung habe ich nie bekommen.

Хорошее место, удобная транспортная развязка. Трамвай в пяти минутах ходьбы от отеля. Сразу идет в центр. Рядом магазин лидл, недорогие кафешки. Отдельное спасибо мужчине на ресепшене за помощь в решении вопросов.

El lugar era bonito y las instalaciones limpias

Cons:

Pero lastimosamente parecía un motel o un sitio donde van las parejas a hacer sus intimidades y pasé toda la noche escuchando gemidos de todos sitios distintas voces los vecinos de arriba de al lado de enfrente y como las paredes son en yeso se escucha hasta cuando hablan.

Sehr schön, ordentlich, sehr sehr gemütliches Bett :) Eingangsbereich auch super hübsch

Cons:

Wir haben erst ein Zimmer bekommen, das nicht dem unserer Buchung entsprach leider
Aber die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns ein anderes gegeben :)

Would be great if WiFi worked well.
