Pros:

Nothing , they told me that my room wasn't booked even though I had a confirmation from booking.com and the fact I'm being sent this to review my stay is proof that I had booked it , receptionist very poor didn't even offer us alternative places to try , only one staff member who is from altamont originally helped by allowing us to leave our bags in the luggage room the next day for a few hours , it's a decent place .I stayed there the week before so was looking forward to staying one more night before I left to go airport, but that experience was not good at all

Lovely staff
Pros:

View nice. Ask for a sea view. Meal in restaurant was good . Near beaches.

Cons:

Pool is on top of another building at the back of the hotel up steps but it did have a nice sea view.

The hotel met my expectations, my stay was well spent.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, traditional Jamaican ackee and saltfish. Green bananas are currently scarce, none was available.
The staff was very polite.

Cons:

I didn't like the take out containers, which were plastic. Better and more environmentally food containers should be considered.

Pros:

J’ai reservé cet hotel depuis le 23 Janvier pour le 5 février
Arrivée à Kingston me préparant pour venir, on m’a envoyé un message pour me dire de ne plus venir car ils n’ont plus de place disponible. J’ai été vexée et mon séjour à été gachér à cause d’eux!

Pros:

Ubytování je velice čisté a blízko všeho co na cestě potřebujete. Vedle velice příjemná restaurace Pelican Grill a prodejna s potravinami. Snídaně parádní se spoustou kontinentálních i místních variant. Na snídani si nechte dost času, ale to patří k jamajskému koloritu :o)

Cons:

Bazén vypadá hůře než na fotkách a potřebuje rekonstrukci. Pláž v blízkosti je velice špinavá. Raději si zajděte na vzdálenější Doctors Cave Beach (10 minut chůze)

Pros:

Location, prices and some of the staff were great and breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Slippy tiles by outdoor pool and walk way to and from pool was quite dangerous in my opinion. Air con was nit up to standard of our first stay even though the maintenance man came to fix it. Mens toilets in reception were not available.

Short and sweet for my first time
Pros:

Was able to check in a little early, was find the breakfast hours,
Check out and the wi
Fi.
Breakfast options were nice and the older lady wit the hairnet was the sweetest. She knew my order from the previous day smiled the whole time. Housekeeper was friendly too.
The location and patio seating.

Cons:

The half shower door , the tv because o couldn’t understand it. Staff wasn’t that friendly leaving . Didn’t ask how my stay was.

Also das Personal war ne Katastrophe. Am Restaurant die waren nett, aber der Rest Schrott.

Pros:

The view to the sea was beautiful!
Nice food and cocktails.
We stayed in a king room with balcony to the sea and we loved it!

Cons:

The telephone in the room never worked so we couldn’t call front desk for room service.
We didn’t use the pool because was a bit far and hard to reach.
Customer service is not the best, there’s plenty of room to improve, people in the front desk were very friendly, also Samantha from the restaurant very nice person.
We ordered at the restaurant one night and it took almost two hours.
