Pros:

L’emplacement idéal à côté de la Skytree. La literie était très confortable, ainsi que le côté pratique avec la machine à laver, le balcon sur lequel il était autorisé de fumer. Logement propre, et accessible via ascenseur.

Cons:

La chambre était plus petite que ce à quoi nous nous attendions (paraissait plus grande sur les photos), le canapé lit, ainsi que le lit double ne laissaient qu’un petit couloir pour circuler, et rendait l’armoire, ainsi que la table pour manger inutilisables, et ne facilitait pas le stockage des valises et objets personnels.

地理位置優越，到哪裡都很方便，房內可以煮東西，也有微波爐，整體cp值很高

位置非常好，就在晴空塔的旁邊，下樓後100公尺有一間7-11，房間設備齊全，乾淨，下次來還會再住這裡

如要乾淨舒適又有預算建議住飯店，這樣的公寓是因為多人一起價位相對便宜，日本如要找三人以上同一間都很貴。

地點佳，有電梯，房東回覆迅速解決問題👍

Cons:

401號房間，房間很小基本上只能住兩人，加一張床住三人就沒有空間走路，更不用說還有三個行李箱沒地方放，有衣櫥確不能擺東西或掛衣服，雖然有兩個爐子同時使用容易跳電，暖氣基本上網子沒洗過厚厚灰塵，洗乾淨才感覺到出風口有暖氣，清潔度要加強，沙發床感覺一邊是塌的不好睡⋯

交通方便、住宿點安靜，自助入住手續很順利，房東也親切好溝通。雖然房間看起來比照片上小很多，打開窗看不到晴空塔，但也算是個不錯的住宿體驗

與其他附近住過的民宿相比較後，設備便利性不足。
Pros:

民宿位置離晴空塔很近，步行約5-10分鐘，攜帶行李箱也有可使用的步道，但需稍稍繞行。 民宿轉角就有一間7-11。冰箱儲物空間充足。

Cons:

浴室沒有暖氣及乾燥設備，冬天不太適合住宿。 雖備有洗衣機，但需將衣物曬到陽台不太方便，尤其是遇到陰雨天時，衣服會不夠。浴室內也沒有足夠的掛勾或橫桿等可掛用品。床頭沒有提供插座，插座在床尾處及衣櫃旁，使用不便。廁所沒有提供可放置女性清潔用品的的垃圾桶或垃圾袋。

Enjoyed the location
Pros:

The greatest advantage of this accomodation is the location, only 5 minutes of walk to Tokyo Skytree and Solamachi mall. Also walkable to Senso-ji.
Not very spaceous, but still possible to do the packing: 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 large opened suitcases and 2 small ones.
The communication with the host was smooth

距離車站往返機場很方便、餐廳超市超商附近都有；有提供廚具、餐具、清潔劑、洗沐用品、衣架等蠻齊全的，整體感受很不錯

Pros:

Je recommande !! L'appart est très bien placé proche des transports pour l'aéroport et la ville. Quartier très sympa et silencieux, il y a tout le nécessaire dans le logement et autour si vous voulez manger ou acheter. Le loueur envoie un pdf avec des instructions très précises pour arriver en transports en commun. Très propre et complet.

Rien, tout était parfait.
