The dining restaurant was good
The bed was confortable
Room service/maintenance was reactive
The surrounding landscape was covered pleasant
The breakfast quality was really below expectations (no avocado available while the markets were full of it) and the breakfast room felt a bit dirty (mosquito, cats, birds).
The beach was not accessible (artificial beach under rehabilitation) and no prior notice given ahead of arrival / during reservation. And the pools were really cold while one of them was supposed to be heated.
The room has no character and no view and we expected something much better.
Massage at the spa was very basic and pricy.
Overall we felt the hotel was overrated
Les piscines sont sublimes, la chambre était très confortable, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner était excellent, la vue sur Grande Anse est incroyable !
Le service au bar de la journée est à revoir : nos cocktails étaient vraiment mauvais, nous avons commandé une salade de palmiste et elle était clairement immangeable (et en + très chère : 26€), nous avons demandé une carafe d’eau et elle nous a été facturée (un peu limite pour un 5 étoiles) …!
