Amazing and unforgettable sunsets in La Reunion thanks to the Palm!
Pros:

This is a beautiful and immaculate place, with superb views over the beach, two swimming pools (one heated) and Michelin star like restaurants. The staff was super friendly, actually I have seldomly encountered such friendly people and such attention to guests as in this place. Plus, it’s just a marvel to look at. Also, the hotel is just so peaceful and relaxed, perfect for people who do not enjoy crowds or mass tourism.

Cons:

Nothing. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hidden gem. Great friendly staff.

A beautiful hotel in a relaxed setting. We enjoyed all of the facilities especially the pools.

Un séjour inoubliable, aucune envie de repartir
Pros:

Le service était très agréable, la nourriture très bonne, la chambre très confortable malgré la chaleur et le personnel très accueillant

Cons:

La climatisation avait un problème, donc ne marchait pas très bien ( chambre 45)

Pros:

La vue est splendide, les services de l’accueil et de chambre sont aux petits soins, le restaurant Kah est excellent, la chambre est très bien et confortable, les piscines sont parfaites et le petit déjeuner est top

Cons:

La salle de sport n’est pas au niveau d’un 5*, le sèche cheveux est vraiment bas de gamme, et les serveurs du restaurants chassent les petits chats sauvages qui viennent demander à manger aux clients de manière assez agressive, ce qui nous a fort déplu, le service en journée pour le bar/tapas n’est pas aussi bien qu’au restaurant
