Excellent value for money, friendly hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for a real Vietnamese experience. This family run business gives you a feeling of being part of that family. We ate at the restaurant each night as it is wonderful value for money and has a large, tasty range of food. There was not a large choice for breakfast but included omelette, pancakes and rice as well as fruit. The bed was comfortable and towels some of fluffiest on our trip. We loved the character of this place. Tony was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The hotel building is old, so don't expect a sleek, modern look with everything pristine. Some areas could do with a good scrub, especially the restaurant walls.

Pros:

The hotel is located at the best location you could wish for, it's at center of everything. There is a restaurant at ground floor with many yummy food. Staff are super lovely. We will definitely come back here again if we go to HCM city. Highly recommend

Pros:

Petit déjeuner correct, quoique les plats sont froids le plus souvent
Personnel et patron très sympathiques, une fois qu'on est connu. Le patron m'a proposé des voyages organisés et s'est occupé des réservations.

Cons:

Грязно, рваная простыня, постельное белье в пятнах. В 8-30 на завтраке уже ничего нет, приходилось просить приготовить и ждать. Арбуз помыт плохо. Грязные корки лежали на чистой мякоти.

Great stay!
Pros:

Place is great and bed are comfortable. Love how the staffs are approachable and helpful. Will recommend as its near to everything. If you are a light sleeper, we wont recommend this. But overall everything is good

Brilliant budget hotel
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic value for money right in the heart of the main nightlife. It's clean, easy to find and the food is fantastic. If you're staying definitely try the beef and mushroom stir-fry! Tony and all the staff are lovely and do everything to ensure your stay is brilliant!

Cons:

It's not a real dislike because you are really not going to find a nicer place for your more and I would hand on heart recommend it to anyone. So 2 small gripes are no safe box in the rooms and the balcony is small and you can't sit out on it. But that's it! The team keeps the hotel safe and secure so it doesn't take anything away from my 10/10 score
