Pros:

Posizione ottima, buon compromesso qualità-prezzo

Cons:

Colazione davvero povera, inoltre al momento del check-in hanno insistito sul fatto che non fosse compresa nella prenotazione (ho dovuto perdere io tempo per farglielo capire, davvero non ha senso fare i furbi per così poco).
Non puliscono le stanze da un giorno all'altro

The stay was very meager
Pros:

Not Good ,The breakfast was almost nothing only some dry bread (bah mi) and egg and no drinks available .

If you want to be in the middle of Hanoi it's a good location to stay with reasonable price.
Pros:

It's in the middle of the city, close to the market, close to the tourist spots. The breakfast is good.

Cons:

The aircon is not so cold.

The staff were excellent and were happy to arrange transfer to and from airport. Bed comfortable and great location for younger people with night life.

Pros:

Tony was great he helped with getting my daughter's phone back which she left at the airport. Location is great 5 mins to both shopping markets and right off walking street so can be noisy so pack ear plugs. Food is great to eat out so much choice
