Please be informed that renovation work on the first floor will be carried on February 2, 2025. Due to the closure of restaurant caveman and cafe Switch Coffee, guests staying during the construction period from February 2 to March 15 will be provided with a free light breakfast. Pros:

A beautiful hotel. K5 is definitely worth the money if you’re looking for a special stay. The room was far bigger than expected and staff had chosen a great selection of records for us. We enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and enjoyed the bar, taco restaurant and coffee shop attached.

Spacious, well designed rooms but not worth the cost
Pros:

Enormous, comfortable rooms with gorgeous design. The staff were very friendly. The level of cleanliness was second to none. The location is close to Tokyo Station, but a reasonable walk to the central Ginza shopping district.

Cons:

The BIGGEST thing to flag about this hotel is that you are unable to control the temperature in your room. This was a huge issue for us, as we travelled in February and the concrete floors of the room meant we were constantly freezing. There were also renovations happening in the cafe and restaurants which was not communicated prior to our stay, and the opening hours were variable. For these reasons, we felt this hotel was not good value for money and would not recommend to others.

Highly recommend the place, would come back second time!
Pros:

Location is very convenient. The staff is friendly and nice! The room is spacious and very very cozy. Makes you feel relaxed after a long day out. They also have vinyl record player that sets the atmosphere:)

Nice bed is the only positive feedback- everything else was below average

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice.

Cons:

The hotel was cold and uncomfortable- the room was over designed but not thought through very well… The hallway (F2) was cold and smelt of fried fish. There was no atmosphere in the hotel that made one want to be there so it ended up just being a bed to sleep in over a hotel one wanted to spend time at.. The room had two uncomfortable sofas a leather chair and only two small to medium towels in order to dry oneself.. No dressing robe or pillows on the sofa.. there was nothing warm or welcoming about the room or the hotel.. The room has a fun record player instead of a speaker but only x6 records to play with a very niche selection.. I came away feeling like it was budget hotel for luxury money. The view out the window was of the carpark that happened to be approximately 5meters away. This also made the room noisy. We left without making a complaint. Instead we asked for a transfer to the airport - the quoted price was 30’000 yen for a 25 min journey… instead we took a luxury mini van with uber for less than 10’000 yen. Given the above we chose not to eat or drink there… I was happy to leave!

房間我真的很喜歡，不過我們入住的時候暖氣疑似壞了，因為是水泥地整間很冷，時間比較晚所以也沒辦法維修，飯店服務人員也很積極處理，雖然修不好，但有幫我們找一台Dyson暖氣也多給我們一條棉被，算是暫時有解決這問題！雖然比起一半飯店，有一些小地方

房間真的很美又有特色，空間也很大，有工作需求在房間辦公也完全不奇怪，服務人員很友善，樓下咖啡廳也很舒適。

Cons:

房間正對停車塔，距離有點近，會完全不想開窗。

Pros:

The place is superb....cool, well appointed, nicely located, with the rooms having a record player, nice mini bar, comfy bed and great industrial chic style. Bar and cafe and fantastic too.

Cons:

Restaurant is ok, and late check-out fee (when asked) was unwelcome.
