Terrible unlclean small bathroom far from centrel london
Le camere erano ben sistemate e c’era tutto l’occorrente per un breve soggiorno
Il riscaldamento era enormemente alto e la notte faceva caldissimo, non si poteva aprire la finestra ma poi ci hanno cambiato stanza. Nel bagno della seconda stanza c’era tanta puzza di umido ma almeno le finestre si aprivano quindi si stava meglio
I recently stayed at this property in Fulham and found it to be a very practical and comfortable place for a short stay in London. The area is great, with North End Road just nearby, where you can find plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés, and a lively street market. It’s a very convenient location with everything within easy reach, including a gym right outside the building.
The studio was clean and nicely prepared on arrival. The bed was comfortable, and the lighting in the room was good, making the space feel bright and welcoming. It had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.
There are also shared facilities available for guests, including laundry machines and a communal kitchen with cooking equipment such as an oven and microwave. A small outdoor garden area is also available, which is a nice extra space to step outside and relax.
Overall, a good option for anyone looking for simple, well-located accommodation in Fulham.

I had a wonderful stay at Fulham Guest Studios 268. The property is located in a vibrant residential area, with everything you might need just moments away. North End Road is right around the corner, offering a variety of shops, cafés, supermarkets, and a lively street market. There is also a gym right outside the property, which is very convenient.
The studio itself was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, the lighting was good, and the space had everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Guests can also access useful communal facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, as well as a large shared kitchen with an oven and microwave. There is even a small outdoor garden area, which feels like a hidden gem in the middle of the city.
Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Fulham. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London or needing a comfortable short stay.

Il bagno non aveva un buon odore (era pulito, ma aveva odore del reflusso dello scarico).
Everything was all in one plac, homely and clean
Access to the property was down a dark alley so felt a bit vulnerable.
I had trouble getting into the place, because the handle turned the wrong way to what I was expecting. And I had to wait till the owner answered my call after 20 minutes or so to get in. My fault.
Unusually the shower was too hot and the knobs we’re difficult to turn off or adjust with wet hands. I couldn’t wash my hair as a result.
No tv in the room
Su Maps sembrava distante dal centro, ma in realtà essendo in zona 2 con 20 minuti di metro si raggiungeva Buckingham Palace.
La stanza, seppur piccola, andava bene per 2 persone.
