Super appartement
Pros:

Tout était parfait !
Le propriétaire nous a bien accueilli, il nous a montré le wifi, le chauffage, le code d'entrée...
L' appartement est dans un petit immeuble dans une ruelle calme. Il y a des petites supérette un peu partout autour, des cafés, restaurants Doner. Les tarifs sont moins cher dans ce quartier que dans les quartiers touristiques. A 10mn a pied il y a le métro.
Les gens sont très agréables et serviables.
On est venu au mois de mars, il faisait un peu froid, on a hâte d'y retourner quand il fera un peu plus chaud !
Je recommande cette adresse et on y retournera 🥰

Cons:

Les voisins du dessus on fait la fête plusieurs jours très très tard le soir.
On était en pleine fête de l'Aïd donc on a rien dit.
Il manquait un peu de vaisselle mais on s' est débrouillé !

If I have another activity nearby, I would choose again this property.
Pros:

Everything was nice and clean. A nice duplex. I will like to visit there again if I have any work to do nearby the property.
Enes doesn't speak English very well, but he was a very good host, showing us how to easily find the place and waiting for us in front of the apartment to give us the keys to the door. We also liked that he didn't bother us a single day during our stay.
The double bed where I slept was very comfortable as the owner had just changed the mattress and put in a new and very comfortable one.
The other good thing was that both the bedroom and the living room had air conditioning and it was warm in every room.

Cons:

There were not many products like extra sheets or blankets. My friend who slept on the couch in the living room had nothing to cover himself with. It might be great for a couple, but not for two friends who sleep separately.
There was a problem in the bathroom that the hot water didn't come quickly.
I would recommend this apartment if you have work nearby in that neighborhood, but I would not recommend it for travelers as it is far from many of the main tourist sites in Istanbul.

Pros:

Location was good for me, the place is on a quiet street 5 minutes away from the main street, I did not want any street noise so i was happy with the location

Cons:

Bed confort needs a little bit of improvement, the bed linen were clean but the mattress was a bit too flat for me

Pros:

Great location, everything you need is nearby. Very quiet. Communication with the owner is clear and prompt. Photos are real.

A very confortable and convenient stay for both business and tourism purpose
Pros:

Excellent location, right in the city center. Close to main touristic places, within walking distance to public transportation, local stores and shopping malls. Very safe and friendly neighborhood
Mr. Koray is a very kind person, always available and willing to solve any problem or fullfil any request you might have. Great host!

Cons:

No house cleaning basic products such as dish washing machine soap, cleaning wipes and sponge are provided.
Also kitchenware was pretty limited but Mr. Koray immediately sent what was missing upon request
