They need to renovate, pictures don’t do justice to the actual experience. Awful beds.

Main thing about the property is that they value short term guests like lovebirds and couples. And their mattress sucks as it’s of spring and old and you can’t sleep properly on it.

Try to stay away from this 'HOTEL'
Pros:

The room service was decent and the room was also of decent size.

Cons:

Room quality - We booked 3 rooms (Classic Triple Room)
1. First of all, don't go by the name. It is NOT triple room. The room can accommodate only 2 people.
2. Room Lock - Our rooms didn't have lock, so there was a constant fear of things being stolen. When asked them, they refused to change the room. Also, We had to put our metro card for accessing power to the room
3. Bathroom make - Our bathroom had lock from the inside. If you lock it by mistake, you have to call bell boy, who opens it using screwdriver
4. Bathroom neatness - Bathroom had a lot of small insects inside making it difficult to have bath
5. Bathroom lighting - The paint of bathroom was very dark but the light inside the bathroom was very dim. It was again difficult to see what is happening
6. AC - This is funny. To switch ON the AC, you call the reception, ask him to switch ON the mains. You then take out safety pins and turn on the AC as there is NO AC remote.
7. Chair - The chair was very wobbly and there was a constant fear that it might break
8. Room Service - They respond promptly but takes time to execute the orders.
9. Food - Food had limited options and it was meh! Not so great food.
10. Water - We were charged Rs. 30/- for a 1-lit bottle which I would assume is complimentary in most of the hotels anywhere. Preposterous!!!!
11. WiFi - Mind you there is NO wifi.
12. Bedsheets - If you think you can relax now, there are holes in the bedsheet. I wonder why?
13. Location - The hotel location is very horrible to say the least. It is very scary to even go down and most of the times, it took us a long time to get cabs as the roads are downright bad.

IT IS OF NO VALUE FOR MONEY AND I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND SUCH A 'HOTEL'

Not habitable place ! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY AND DONT GO ON THE ONLINE RATINGS N PICTURES
Pros:

Firstly the Name of property is not visible at all .. now they do business with name RAMAYANA IN. SPEND LOTS OF TIME FINDING ON GOOGLE MAP! Second they don’t have any hotel contact number available on internet which makes you think this is a Scam!
Nothing was proper! Neither room was clean nor well maintained! List of broken / non usable items is super long : to name a few Door locks, latches, bathroom taps , even in my second room AC wasn’t working , fan regulator broken,

Cons:

Zero cleanliness !
Broken fixtures, no water in shower, broken bathrooms, nails popping from wooden flooring !

Pros:

Everything was top notch except the cleanliness of the rooms provided. Rooms were smelly, somebody wiped food hands on the curtains and dusting haas not been done from long time. The administration needs to work on cleanliness and hygiene. Rest of the facilities were up to the mark. Staff is well behaved.
