Pros:

朝食がバイキング形式で付いており、美味しいです。スタッフの方も気遣いが素晴らしく、汚れていたらすぐにキレイにしてくれました。スーツの偉いさんぽい人がしてたので、余計に好感が持てました。

Great value for money with onzen and breakfast! The staff were incredibly helpful. It’s a little far from the train station, but worth it. Parking is a flat rate of 500 yen/day, but it's only available at designated spots outside the hotel.

Pros:

天気が悪いなかで、台数が多いバイクで行きましたが、融通をしてくださり、全てのバイクが屋根したに停められました。

Cons:

昨年利用した時より、清掃スタッフが変わったのか、ベットの枕元(ベットヘッド)の掃除がされて無く、あり得ないほどのホコリがたまっていました。
一緒に行った友人は、入室後直ぐにホコリアレルギー症状が出て、慌てて薬を飲んで対処していました。
改善をお願い致します。
