Breakfast meal and choices need to be improved.
Nice place and good food. Near to Sapa Station and Stone Church which is one of the tourists spots in Sapa. In front is a souvenir shop where you can buy cheap items to bring home.

The rooms are beautiful and come equipped with Netflix, which was a great touch. The hotel is in an excellent location, not far from Sapa Station—in fact, you can even see the station from the top of the building! To top it off, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I loved it!
What could be improved:
As other reviewers have mentioned, the place can be a bit noisy, and we could hear construction sounds right from our room.
Another issue—though not directly related to the hotel's indoor service—was the transportation they arranged for us. We booked a taxi service through the hotel to visit the Glass Bridge and the Lonely Tree. Unfortunately, the driver was unreliable. After dropping our family of four off at the Lonely Tree, he promised to wait for us, but instead, he left to pick up other travelers. We were stranded there for an hour and twenty minutes. It was getting dark, incredibly windy, and the Lonely Tree gate closed at 6:00 PM, yet the driver didn't return until 7:00 PM. It was quite a stressful experience for our family.
Walking distance from the main city square
Doorstep onto a main busy road.
Location
Need just a bit of improvement such as adding a whole body mirror for the guests
Breakfast was not good.
The location was great, very close to the city centre. Our room got upgraded to a family size room which which we loved, the bathroom was nice and big.
