Pros:

Big, clean room. Cold AC. Helpful and friendly staff. Mountain view. Great breakfast, especially the bhan cuon. Kudos to the guys from Pi's kitchen.

Pros:

i like everything, the staffs, the room, view, accomodations adm everything was perfect and welcoming. we truly enjoy our sleeps so much that we mostly spent our nights in the room. nice big balcony, water heater, great aircond, everything was good. thank you for the best hospitality❤️

Value for money
Pros:

We initially booked for 2 nights but ended up extending our stay by another 5 nights. On our first night, we stayed in room 501, which was a bit noisy due to traffic and pedestrians. We then moved to room 504 for the remainder of our stay, which was a great improvement.
Room 504 overlooked Sa Pa Square and had everything we needed. For a budget hotel, the rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. All amenities worked perfectly including the smart TV, which was great for unwinding with Netflix after a day of exploring.
The mattresses were on the firmer side, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The pillows, however, were a bit flat and could use an upgrade.
Our 5-star rating is mainly due to the excellent value for money and the outstanding staff. The kitchen, housekeeping, and reception teams were all incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help. A special mention to Ms. Tham at reception, who was always smiling and very helpful throughout our stay.
Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Our room was cleaned daily, and amenities were consistently replenished, including fresh towels, coffee, tea, and water. It was always a pleasure coming back to a clean and comfortable room after a long day out.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling on a budget. It’s spacious, comfortable, and offers great service.

Khách sạn Le cách nhà thờ đá có 50m thui mình thấy rất thuật tiện đi lại . Lễ tân Thắm rất nhiệt tình ,bạn ấy giúp mình đặt xe và đặt vé cáp treo các điểm tham quan rất rẻ . Phòng sạch sẽ và rộng . Bữa sáng rất ngon nó thiên về đồ của địa phương nhiều hơn . Rất đáng để ở . Nếu có dịp quay lại mình vẫn chọn Le Chapa làm điểm dừng chân của mình 🥰

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location. Down a side street from main hustle and bustle but an easy walk to everything. Bed was large, firm but comfortable. We were only given 2 pillows but in request received a couple more. Breakfast was order from menu night before. Cooked fresh when you went to dining room and was delicious. My partner had a massage in the spa and said it was the best he has ever had. We had a great stay and would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location, The staff doesn't speak English, but they communicate with an app, which is fine for us. There is hot water without a fee.
There is a spa in the hotel lobby with the cheapest prices in Sapa.
In addition, the cheapest scooter rental in Sapa

Le Chapa Hotel & Spa is an excellent hotel in Sapa that is centrally located, has great staff and clean environment
Pros:

Property is clean, centrally located so it’s close to all the main attractions in Sapa. The staff are exceptional, they even sent our laundry for just small fees.
