Schlecht, schlechter, Hotel Elbe

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich.
Geradezu aggressiv wurde am Abreisetag darauf geachtet, dass man möglichst früh aus checked.
Booking Com sollte die Zusammenarbeit mit diesem Hotel nicht mehr fortsetzen. Diese ist gerade rufschadigend.
Künftig gebe ich lieber ein paar Euro mehr aus, um solche Spelunken zu vermeiden.

Поселення у нас мало бути в 14:00. Ми прийшли майже в 16:00 , воно ще не було прибрано. Дуже сильно воняло куриво ( і це не тільки запах сигарет, а й травки) Ванна кімната, це кошмар.
Я місцевості не знала, шукала, що ближче до вокзалу, район дуже стрьомний. Вечері самому не пройтися. Ще й коштував номер майже 7тис.грн. Нікому не бажаю там зупинятися.

Located near the center, but in a questionable area. Fiendly staff

Cons:

Old rooms with very uncomfortable beds. The bathroom door had no lock. There was a lot of noise from outside during the night. We traveled during a very busy time and the price we paid was highly inflated for the conditions of the accommodation.

ubytování v nepříliš pěkné čtvrti

Personál hotelu byl vstřícný a příjemný, oceňuji také výměnu ručníků, se kterou jsem původně ani nepočítala.

Cons:

Je to samozřejmě i naše chyba, že jsme si důkladně nenastudovali nic o místě, v němž se hotel nachází, ale pravděpodobně jde o jednu z nejšpinavějších a nejdivočejších ulic ve Frankfurtu - byť je odtud velmi blízko k nádraží i k výstavišti :) Do brzkých ranních hodin na ulici pokřikovaly prostitutky a lidé závislí na drogách v pomočeném oblečení si svoji dávku připravovali přímo mezi auty před hotelem. Několik domů s růžovými srdíčky v okolí by vlastně už ani tak nevadilo... V pokoji, ve kterém jsme byli, šlo velmi špatně otevírat a zavírat okno, takže hluk z ulice se dal jen velmi špatně odstínit. Ale zase to nebylo tak drahé a máme z pobytu alespoň zážitky, které si budeme pamatovat.
