Une honte !!!
Pros:

L'emplacement est sympa pour le prix c'est tout ce que j'ai trouvé de bien !!

Cons:

Un lieu avec beaucoup trop de monde, c'était horrible que ce soit dans les piscines, au restaurant le soir ou bien durant le service du petit déjeuner.

Niveau hébergement, pour le prix payé (315€ pour 3 adultes) je trouve que c'est vraiment une honte :
* propreté limite
* câbles électriques dénudés apparent!!!
* confort minimum
* Espace limité

En conclusion je ne recommande absolument pas cet hébergement sur Zadar, à fuire de tout urgence!!!

Pros:

Ośrodek sam w sobie super,pod rodziny z dziećmi,sporo atrakcji.

Cons:

"Apartament" rodem z PRL, wszystko stare, myślę,że w najstarszej części, z szafek w kuchni smród stęchlizny,nawet naczynia nią śmierdziały. Widziałam inne apartamenty,nowsze,bardzo ładne. Klimatyzacja naprawiona po zgłoszeniu kolejnego dnia. Łóżko w salonie to rozkładana sofa,która się rozjeżdżała. Ta część ośrodka nadaje się do remontu,nie do wynajmowania. Wszystko uratowały baseny, chociaż woda w nich powinna być cieplejsza.

Nice facilities, poor apartment.
Pros:

The facilities as swimming pools, beach, restaurants, shops, etc. etc. was really great. It was clearly recently renovated or constructed and had an air of modernity.

Cons:

On the other hand, the room (apartment) really fell short of expectations. The photos on Booking.com of the room are accurate, however the editing and filters give it a much better look than the actual room. Besides that, the bedroom didn't have convenience outlets. The WiFi in the apartment was poor or non-existing. The front door was almost falling apart, held in tact by duct tape.
Our apartment was at the first floor. The unit under us had a huge hole in front of the door, with a plank over it to access it. A real danger of falling in the hole.
The kitchen was actually really disappointing, with a gas stove needing matches (that weren't supplied). No dishwasher.
The bathroom is really outdated.

For what we paid we didn't get the luxury we hoped to receive, as you could expect from the photos during booking.

Przereklamowane, I nie spełniające wymogów

Lokalizacja, dostęp do morza

Cons:

Nigdzie nie jest zaznaczone ze apartament znajduje sie na 1 piętrze,,ekspres do kawy jest przestarzały, I nie nadaje sie do użytku, ponieważ brak w nim papierowych filtrów, wifi nie spełnia wymagań. Pokój nie przygotowany, ponieważ łóżko dla dziecka wstawione do sypialni, nie można rozłożyć! Telewizja satelitarna tylko w języku chorwackim, I niemieckim. Polskie kanały nie dostępne. Sejf w pokoju raz działał, raz nie. Pojawiały się problemy z zamknięciem i otwarciem. Telefon służy tylko do kontaktu, obiektem.

Bonne ambiance pour les familles
Pros:

Animation le soir spectacle théâtre :)

Cons:

Le fait que tout ce qui est niveau nettoyage de chambre devait être payer en plus, changement de draps, serviettes aussi. Transate payant que se soit à la plage ou à la piscine dommage que cela soit pas compris dans le prix.

Cucina e i prezzi che secondo me sono alti. Abbiamo fatto colazione io mio marito e figlia di 10 anni e abbiamo pagato 80 € e questo solo colazione

Overpriced and dissapointing
Pros:

The beach is beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained. Everything else is dissapointing, terrible food, poor & dated accomadation. Long queues for check-in and check-out. Avoid this one. If you do stay here, my advice is simple:

Book self-catering.

Shop at Interspar or Plodine (off-site)

Avoid the buffet.

Bring your own beach towels or chairs if possible to avoid addirional charges.

Cons:

The resort seems determined to charge extra wherever possible. Sun loungers are around €20 per day, and the on-site supermarket and shops are vastly more expensive than the supermarkets just outside the resort. By the end of our stay, I genuinely started wondering whether they'd charge you for the chair to eat your buffet dinner if they thought they could get away with it.

Pros:

We spent 10 days at Zaton Holiday Resort as a family of four, expecting a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

This resort feels like a business designed to maximize revenue rather than hospitality. At no point did we feel like valued guests. Everything is standardized, impersonal, and almost every service seems to be another opportunity to charge you more.

The half-board option should be avoided. The food is mediocre, repetitive, and simply not worth the price. The restaurants inside the resort are no better: the menus are limited, the quality is average, and the prices are high. For example, a small Margherita pizza costs around €12.

My advice is to leave the resort for your meals whenever possible. The restaurants in Nin and Zadar offer far better food, much more variety, a genuine Croatian atmosphere, and often at lower prices.

The same applies to the activities. Water sports are extremely expensive, and a two-hour horseback ride costs around €120 per person, which is difficult to justify.

The biggest disappointment, however, is the lack of a human touch. Great hotels make guests feel welcome and appreciated. Here, we felt like just another booking in a very large operation. The impression is that if you are unhappy, it makes little difference because someone else will take your place tomorrow.

Croatia is a beautiful country, known for its hospitality and authenticity. Sadly, this resort does not reflect those values. Considering the price, there are far better places to stay in the area.

location and nature are perfect, service and stuff are the worst I have ever seen
Pros:

location and beach is just perfect for kids, sea is warm and quiet, big territory with pines and a lot of playgrounds, aqua park and nice animation

Cons:

our family had bites incl my little son and those bites were itching like hell. we found bed bugs in the apartment and it took a lot of nerves and time to move to another apartment. our apartment was located just in front of active construction area so we were listening to sound of heavy machinery from 8 o’clock in the morning during whole stay. hotel refused to provide any compensation or even just to apologise

Resort jest duży ale mieliśmy apartament w super miejscu gdzie spokojnie w 5 minut pieszo dostaliśmy się w każde miejsce które potrzebowaliśmy baseny, plaża, restauracja gdzie mieliśmy wyżywienie, recepcja itp

Love Zaton
Pros:

Super apartament, klimatyzacja, wyposażona kuchnia, ręczniki, cicho i przyjemnie.
Super kompleks basenowy! Piękna plaża i bliskość do morza. Dostępne restauracje, atrakcje dla dzieci. Blisko do Nin nawet pieszo. Całkiem blisko do Zadaru samochodem.

Cons:

Monotonne jedzenie w restauracjach w obrębie obiektu. Lepiej czasem wybrać się do restauracji poza kompleks.
