God frokost med godt utvalg. Fin leilighet, men begynte å bære litt preg av å være slitt. Hyggelig personale.
Vi kom dit 1/10, og da hadde akkurat det ene badeanlegget stengt for sesongen, men det andre var åpent.
Det var fine aktiviteter for barn på kvelden, disco på scenen, og et område med hoppeslott og trampoliner. Discoen var gratis, men hoppeslott måtte man betale for.

Jättefina poolområden men dålig info och personal som var mindre engagerade (förutom supertrevlig städpersonal och incheckningen) Boendet luktar unkelt och hade mögel i duschen plus brist på kökstillbehör.

Schöne Anlage

Todella iso hotellialue, jonne isokin määrä ihmisiä mahtuu hyvin. Matala lapsille sopiva pitkä ranta, useampi uima-allasalue ja ravintola. Vähän kuin oma kylä. Siivooja kävi viikon aikana kerran tuomassa puhtaat pyyhkeet, siivousta ei tehty kertaakaan, sitä oli kaivannut edes kerran pari.

Zur Info vorab, nach unserem Besuch wird das Resort Ganz oder teilweise für Renovieruns und Sanierungs arbeiten für ca ein halbes Jahr geschlossen, dass konnte ich nicht so ganz rauslesen.

Was ich schade finde das man für Liege und Schirm bezahlen soll. Das hätte man für Appartment Gäste sicherlich kostenlos machen können.

Ansonsten konnten wir uns nicht beklagen.

The only thing we did not like was the fact that you had to pay for the use of the sun beds and that price was extortionate. None of the activities were free and again these were pricey.

Fryktelig treg innsjekking!! Greit rom. God service på restauranter og ellers ett nydelig sted. Men 25min ++ for å sjekke inn er dårlig.

Es ist eine super Anlage, die sehr Familienfreundlich und Kinderfreundlich ist. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

We checked into the apartment to find ants and a lizard. Doors were not sealed. Felt like Pontins chalet. We decided to pay to upgrade to a Premium mobile home, for an extra €35/night it was much better.

Villaggio molto grande , con piscine molto belle e un’area commerciale con negozi , bar e ristoranti . Personale molto gentile e disponibile . Ottimo per chi ha bambini . Una cosa negativa è la spiaggia , il villaggio è direttamente sul mare ma il mare non è accessibile a tutti essendoci una cementata che divide la spiaggia ( di sassi e sabbia grossa ) dal mare . Per chi ha problemi motori non si può scendere in acqua. Un’altra cosa negativa è il costo degli ombrelloni , 2 lettini ed un ombrellone sia in spiaggia che in piscina a 19 euro , dovrebbero essere inclusi nel costo della camera che è già abbastanza alto . La camera era ampia pulita ma abbastanza vecchia , il condizionatore gocciolava e non tutte le luci erano funzionanti . Notevole anche la distanza tra il parcheggio e l’appartamento.

Bei dem Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet!
Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie für 10 Tage im August 2025 vor Ort.
Zimmer: das Zimmer war OK, aber mehr auch nicht. Direkt am ersten Tag haben wir reklamiert, dass die Tür des Kühlschrankes insofern defekt war, dass man keine Flaschen in die Tür packen konnte. die Halterung war herausgebrochen. Da es für uns gerade als Selbstversorger mit wenig Platz im kleinen Kühlschrank wichtig war hatten wir auf schnelle Reparatur gehofft. zweimal waren nette Techniker da und haben sich den Schaden angeschaut- bis zur Abreise tat sich aber nichts.
Reinigung/Bettwäsche/Handtücher: eine Reinigung erfolgte während 10 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht, neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher erst nach Anforderung/Reklamation nach 7 Tagen via Email (den Besuch der Rezeption haben wir uns gespart, da dort immer lange Schlangen mit mind. einer halben Stunde Wartezeit waren.)
sonstiges: Supermarkt deutlich teurer als außerhalb der Anlage. auch Speisen und Getränke übermäßig teuer. Anlage total überlaufen. Neuer Pool auch überfüllt.
Sogar unseren Kindern war es in der Anlage zu rummelig/Kirmesfahrgeschäfte gab es natürlich auch in der Anlage.
Wir waren froh, dass wir mit dem Auto mobil waren und nach Nin an den Strand konnten. Hier war auch kein Sonnenmilchfilm auf dem Meerwasser.
Fazit: so eine Unterkunft bekommt man außerhalb der Anlage für den halben Preis von privaten Anbietern und wenn man unbedingt das Anlagenleben braucht, kann man dort abends auch so hingehen.

Kein cent Wert! Man soll für liege und Schirm 19 Euro zahlen und leute die am Campingplatz sind bringen ihre eigene Liegestühle usw mit so das man weder Aussicht aufs meer noch eine Aussicht auf den Strand hat! Klein kinder auf E scooter fahren unkontrolliert herum so das man wirklich angst haben muss angefahren zu werden!! Die Barkeeper wollen keine cocktails usw mixen bzw am liebsten nur die dosen aus dem Kühlschrank weiter geben! Die life guards sitzen lieber zusammen in der sonne und sind live auf tiktok! Für das geld was man da zahlt empfehle ich lieber eine andere Unterkunft wenn man als Familie mit kleinkinder verreisen möchte!

We enjoyed our stay at the Zaton Holiday resort. The food was ok and the resort itself big enough. Special thanks to the animation team. They were always nice and entertaining our Kids. Special thanks to Antonia, Leona, Maja and Ingrid.
Next time it would be nice to see maybe a show witch shows a bit more of the Croatian Culture, dance etc…
The only negative thing is that we have to pay for sun-bed at the pool. You pay already enough money for your journey.

Zaton Holiday Resort is a beautiful and well-maintained place, ideal for a family vacation. The facilities are great, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. However, the prices for sunbeds at the pool are ridiculously high — €10 per bed is just too much.

The on-site supermarket has decent prices for a camping resort, and you can find most essentials there. A big plus: there’s a fantastic bakery within walking distance in Nin — definitely a must-visit for a fresh and affordable breakfast!

Front desk staff overwhelmed and gives minimal information at the check in. They should talk about all the options at the property. It took us a week to figure things out. It would make a huge difference if check in staff would explain different options at the resort.

El servicio lento acogedor e incompetente, yo reservé para el 31/07/2025 y quise cambiar de día para el 30/07/2025 y la página me dijo que el establecimiento estaba lleno y no me podía cambiar la fecha con ello correspondía una penalización del pago del 30% y a su vez en la pagina de Hotels.com podía perfectamente reservar para el día 30/07/2025, hay que bien entender que yo no podía comunicar con nadie y solo con el personal virtual y esto es para mí muy desagradable y lo paradoxal y imposibilidad de poder hacer la gestión y las explicaciones por parte de Hotels.com nulas porque yo pagué la penalización y me aloje el día 30/07/2025 sin ningún problema, así que la gestión de Hotels.com fue muy nula y desagradable para mí, atentamente Inmaculada Minguet
