Clean, comfy escape from the city while still being close to it
Pros:

The property is in a beautiful spot and it feels like you’re away from the city while still being close to it. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony with all the plants and a view of the creek. Didn’t meet the staff in person as I had a late check in but she was super helpful over the phone.

Cons:

The hot water system wasn’t working and the wifi was really slow.

Clean, relaxing and wonderful
Pros:

Room were very clean. The surrounding view from the balcony scenic and calming, there was a river flowing right next to us which was soothing to listen to at night. It was very cool at night and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. We got the English breakfast in the morning, thankfully they didn't skimp on anything, and was delicious. The staff there are really nice and accommodating, they showed and gave plenty of information on what do in Ella, and other places to visit like the nearby nine arch train bridge.
