C'est un petit coin de paradis qui se cache a Popenguine, le site est sublime, qui surplombe la plage et la vue sur les falaises. Les chambres sont parfaites, confortables et bien équipées. Merci a Ousmane et son équipe pour leur accueil! Et mention speciale aux petits dejeuners de reve, un régal!

Petite perle d authenticité très agréable
Pros:

Le personnel est attentif et réactif. Le lieu est très agréable, face à la mer et avec deux bons restaurants comme voisins. Petit déjeuner délicieux.

I would stay again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Lovely breakfast in a great setting. The property is overlooking the beach and the pool area is great for relaxing. The room was adequate and clean. the staff is super and flexible to meet any needs you have. We asked for breakfast by the poolside and they accommodated our request.

Cons:

the water pressure in the shower is very low and the open plan makes the water go everywhere .

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Pieds dans L’eau. Sitting by the pool listening to the waves was wonderful. The rooms are large, spacious and very comfortable. It has a sort of ‘old world’ elegance that we loved. It is not pristine but where is, this is Africa and that is part of its charm. Not cheap but we were very satisfied and slept very well. Our favourite place on this trip.

Pros:

A beautiful setting. Situated on a beach. Falling asleep to the powerful rhythm of ocean waves was majestic. I stayed here for one night - to be closer to the airport (DSS) - and I didn't want to leave. The staff are truly wonderful - including Ousmane and the two women who carried my heavy suitcase upon my departure. The local taxi service is reliable. Having been pre-booked, twice they showed up on time (once in the early hours) for transit to the airport. (Twice because my party had two flights to different destinations.) I'll never forget this place.
