Great place, but check the booking details
Pros:

A great space in a quiet but bustling side street close to a range of amenities and transport options. Really friendly and helpful, attentive staff.

Comfortable beds and reliable Internet and electricity. Hot shower and lots of plug sockets.

Air conditioning and sit-down/Western toilet in en-suite rooms. Room cleaning available every day and, although a bit worn in places, the apartment was very well kept and cleaned.

Cons:

Some features advertised were not in the apartment (toiletries) and the advert and photos are unclear.
Rooms are as pictured but the configuration of what you're booking is a little unclear.

A bit of a chaotic arrival and departure: We arrived and the man at reception seemed surprised to see us even though the booking was confirmed. After a phone call we were shown to two bedrooms. We were led to believe from the wording and photos that we had a whole apartment. The staff were very helpful and within a hour relocated us to a different set of rooms where we had the full apartment.
On the final night of our stay we were asked if we would consider moving to a different property (upgraded) across the city due to another booking. There was no pressure to do this and we agreed to move. The owner was very helpful and personally drove us to the new apartment. However, although it was a nice apartment, the cleanliness of the new apartment was terrible (blood and other stains on bed linen and towels, smell of cigarette smoke, dust and stains in other parts of the rooms). Glad this second apartment was just for one night.
