Pros:

Nothing was terrible

Cons:

Firstly lied on the booking stating that there was a crib but after we booked and paid they said there was no crib . Didn’t provide information to the clerk that we were arriving . Called multiple times and didn’t answer . After 30 mins got a reply . Should have sent the guest authorisation form once booked not myself chasing it up

Once in there was cocharoachs on the floor under the bed in the cabinets . Was disgusting . There was a spare mattress but no bed sheets provided or blankets just a mattress . No toilet paper was provided either .

Condo stay
Pros:

1. It was near MOA.
2. The room was big enough.
3. There is a big nice bed, perfect for couples.
4. You will not have a problem security wise.
5. It was powered by a lock code to enter which is efficient. No need for keys.

Cons:

1. It was more of a studio type rather than a 1BR unit.
2. Internet connection was really fast at first. 2nd day there was a problem with the wifi.
3. The room was cold but there was sound coming from the AC.
4. In the morning, the bright sunlight will wake you up.
5. Like any other condos, water is not provided and you can contact the owner from the app.

Defective Air-conditioning.
Pros:

The responsiveness of the property owner from the date of the booking until check out. The aesthetics of the room is good.

Cons:

Air-conditioning is not properly working. It keeps on turning off by itself, which shows otherwise on the remote. We have to troubleshoot it for ourselves, yet still not working. It was an uncomfortable stay especially during the day. We are also unable to sleep properly as We have to keep on turning it off because it still shows on,then on. It doesn't even produce cool air, just only acting as a fan even in COOL mode, and at the lowest temperature of 14°C.

Pros:

Accessible location, the host was responsive.
The bathroom was clean, and living area and bed.

Cons:

The digital lock had a problem, the door didn’t open easily i have to try several time while standing outside the door to open, the host didn’t provide solution. It was very hassle. There are cockroach in cabinets, the balcony has a lot of clutter and remaining materials. Ads a bit misleading cause its 1 bedroom but its a studio. With all this the host did not even offer an early check in or late check out

Perfect staycation. I had a lovely week. Will definitely rebook if in need of an escape
Pros:

Convenience, privacy and security. Layout was spacious enough for a studio. Didn’t not feel cramped at all. Bed was huge and bedding had high thread count. Love the layout, the Tv was huge and the ac worked perfectly. Unit is very clean and new.

Cons:

No closet space. Keypad of the door is temperamental. Had to enter code several times before it allowed passage lol.

Nice place
Pros:

Easy check-in, clean, and great decor. Easy to communicate with the owner and they're accommodating.

Cons:

We didn't have a rice cooker for our 2-night stay, but it wasn't that big of a deal. We just ate out and there's a lot of food and restaurants in the area. MOA is walking distance.
