A very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this place.
Pros:

Good location but not worth the stay.

Cons:

The actual condition of the place was completely different from the photos. The room was dirty, smelly, and infested with cockroaches and rats. A very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this place.

Overall, location is good but the unit needs improvement!
Pros:

Location was great. It was the main reason I chose the area because of the convenience.

Cons:

The unit needs to be exterminated because during the 7 days that I stayed, their were small roaches everywhere. Although their was an insect repellant spray, It wasn't functioning so I had to buy on my own expense a roach spray container and sprayed everyday. Also, the shower door does not close properly so water from the inside spills out. Only one rug was provided and everytime we use the shower, it gets wet. Hence, the smell from the bathroom when you open the front door since it is next to each other.

The vicinity. Easy access to public transportation. Walking distance to public market, session road, burnham park, SM, Church.

nice location and spacious room
Pros:

the room was quite spacious for 2 and they have coffee for the guests, and provided towels.

Cons:

the location was too crowded we couldn’t access right away the parking lot. the kettel was a bit dirty we couldn’t use it and there was no hair dryer.
