Pros:

El personal es, sin duda, lo mejor que tiene este hotel. Son muy agradables todos y creo que es algo que tenéis que valorar, a vuestros trabajadores. Las piscinas, la habitación, el spa... No teníamos que pensar en nada, solo disfrutar. Hemos disfrutado mucho de estos días.

Cons:

Creo que esta todo muy orientado al turista europeo del norte y no para el turista español. Entiendo que el principal cliente viene de estos sitios, pero se nos hacía poco cómodo dejar de tener servicio de bar en la piscina a las 18:00 (aunque había a continuación en el lobby) y cenar de 18:30 a las 21:30. Esto también se notaba en las actividades.

Por otro lado, la comida ofrecida no estaba mal pero sí que hubo días que sentíamos poca calidad.

No había bares abiertos para tomar lo que te apetezca en todo momento y a partir de las 23:00 te cobraban la consumición que encima era de GARRAFÓN

Pool area, close to the ocean, majority of the staff friendly

Cons:

It is not a 4 stars property as advertised. You must pay to use the safe in the room or to change the pool towel to fresh one. Food is bland and not the best quality. Gym doesn’t have working AC and equipment is outdated. Our room was a “suite”, the door were missing in between toilet and bathroom area. Hairdryer is from 90s stuck to the wall. Beds don’t have a proper bed frame, they are more like a pull out beds. Our bedding was not changed after 4 days, we had to ask for it. No stations to refill the drinkable water. Cats around the lobby area - personally I am not allergic but if someone is, that’s a problem - it is not advertised that random cats from street are allowed to sleep on the couches that guests are sitting on in the lobby.

Everything , not for us room in dark behind trees, nothing around ? Very little food choice, but staff fab and really clean, gave us full refund, that we weren’t expecting, nothing really wrong just not for us

Buenas instalaciones y servicios calidad, relación-precio.
Pros:

El trato por parte del personal, la tranquilidad y la comodidad tanto en las comunicaciones de la zona y de la habitación.

Cons:

Las bebidas del todo incluido, que no dejan de ser de máquina o preparadas, que no había huevos ni en las comidas ni en la cena y que el pavimento del complejo romantic, donde nos dieron la habitación, estaba muy irregular y si no tenías cuidado podías tropezar con facilidad.
