Lovely stay with hugh potential but fix the rooms (walls and windows) and upgrade your food!
Pros:

Clean, activities and different pools (1 heated = very important in Easter).
Free access to romantic session with 6 jacuzzi’s and sauna (must take).

Cons:

Thin walls, sliding doors of poor quality and people partying in the hallway.
Cold and often same food…(for example: the worst tortilla I have ever eaten in Spain or mixing fresh juice with artificial juice: why???)
Huge parking but not allowed to use?
Free cocktails of very poor quality…

Habitación grande y cómoda, comida excelente, piscina climatizada a 28 grados. Personal maravilloso, tanto en recepción, comedor, animación como en piscina. Fácil aparcamiento. A pie de playa.

We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located in a, quiet area right by the ocean, which made our stay especially relaxing.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We were particularly impressed by the desserts – the cakes were outstanding.

The staff truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant team downstairs were incredibly friendly, always smiling and very attentive. The housekeeping staff were also very kind, and the rooms were kept spotless throughout our stay.

Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Cons:

I would also like to mention one point for improvement. Unfortunately, our experience at reception was not as positive. The staff member named Stephania came across as somewhat unfriendly and, at times, a bit abrupt in her communication with both me and my wife.

Given that reception is the first point of contact for guests, a warmer and more welcoming approach would make a significant difference to the overall experience.

La animación,muy pobre,el único que se implicaba más era el morenito por la noche en la discoteca,por el día solo vi el aguagym no vi otra cosa y si había los animadores no los vi ofreciendo algun juego,por lo menos por la zona donde estaba yo

Pros:

Personal muy cercano y habitaciones muy cómodas y las vistas que dan hacia la playa y un paseo al lado del hotel fantástico con una playa de Arena negra y la tranquilidad en el hotel para desconectar y recargar energías

Pros:

El buffet estaba muy bien, había mucha variedad e iban cambiando todos los días de comida. La piscina climatizada es un gran plus. Se respira siempre calma en el hotel. El personal es muy bueno y cercano y el Spa aunque es aparte del precio ha sido una maravilla

Cons:

Algunos equipos del gimnasio están algo deteriorados pero nada grave. Echamos en falta algún cojin en la habitación aparte de las almohadas

Quizás mejoraría la cantidad de escarabajos que podía llegar a haber en el hotel a ciertas horas. Entiendo que el clima, la zona y demás, influyen y que se puede hacer algo hasta cierto punto.
