Pros:

The hotel offers reasonable prices and is very close to the Quang Ninh Museum. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, minibar, electric kettle, free toiletries, and a work desk. In addition to a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, the room also has a beautiful city view. The 24-hour front desk is always ready to assist me with a warm and friendly attitude. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back.

A comfy and convenient place for a short stay in Hạ Long, with room for small improvements.
Pros:

The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze.Breakfast was simple but decent – enough to get the day started. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and some local food spots nearby.

Pros:

Near the beach

Cons:

They raise the prices by the time we arrived
They were talking too much about how busy the hotel and why they should raise the the cost. They push us to the highest floor which not like a hotel room, it seem like a room for normal house with public tolet

Cons:

We were moved to 2 different rooms. Both have 2 big croacroaches, sink blocked, etc. We paid for 4 people per room but services were only for 2, I e.: towels and toilet paper, even water is not free. When you have to repeatedly remind them about it, it's just not cool.

Pros:

I like the affordable room it's a nice room for two

Cons:

When we checked in they're in the middle of cleaning some of the rooms and the elevator is full of buckets and laundry stuff that we need to force stick together to fit in the elevator 😁. Staffs are nice but having a hard time communicating with english speaking guests. I hope they get someone that are better as hotel guest relation staff.
