Very nice property in excellent location
Pros:

roof top garden and pool were great. as was our room one f;light below.the coffee shop and vet clinic were so very handy and close as was the walk to the inclinator, downtown restaurants and 2 blocks to the malecon and beach

Cons:

Our Penthouse was Mountain view and with 3 little tiny bend your head around the corner to the oecan view, negative was the noise from the highway

Sunsets were magnificent
Pros:

The Pinnacle Residences was a wonderful place to stay. We had a one bedroom which was very comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar was the pinnacle of our stay. Easy access to the beach and downtown shops and eateries.

Cons:

It was quite noisy when we were trying to sleep. Although it was a great idea to have folding kitchen windows that opened to a counter bar onto the patio, there was no seal and because the hotel is located mountainside and close to a major road, we heard the car traffic.

We were at PV for a 60th bday party and our set of friends stayed at one of the other 2 Pinnacle Condos. We were not able to get a room there and when we went to hang out with them, they wanted us to pay. My husband took a dip in the pool and a barman came up to him and started getting aggessive that we can't be there! After spending hours there drinking (and the drinks are not cheap), he wanted us to pay $40. We had decided to just go to the beach and the creepy barman followed us and kept telling us to pay! Horrible!!

Drinks at the rooftop and the other Pinnacle condos were quite expensive.

Great stay. Awesome Pool!
Pros:

I liked the size and the style of the apartment as well as the amenities. The major highlight is the pool. The pool does really make the whole experience. That’s the main reason to go back. The service in the rooftop is pretty good. The funicular was VERY convenient / avoiding the stairs.

Cons:

Shower water pressure and water temperature both lacked.

The property is on a bit of a hill and you need to go down for access to most things. During the day time you can use the funicular. You can also use very cheap taxis if you want to just completely avoid

We loved the pool and bar at the rooftop

Cons:

Photos in Booking did not correspond to the room we got assigned. We actually had to upgrade at our own expense to get a decent view (or original view was straight into a wall)

Superb
Pros:

Beautiful property, nicely decorated, quiet and safe place. Very good location. Not far from the Roma ntic zone. Enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

When we booked the place, the picture was show in general. I wasn't able to see the specific apartment alone. Ended up was perfectly fine.
