Great location near anfiteatro del Vittoriale.
Pros:

I stayed here for one night because I was in town to see a concert at anfiteatro del Vittoriale. It was just a few minutes walk from the venue, so it worked out perfectly! It was also a short walk from the beach and bus stops. Fabrizio was very welcoming and easy to communicate with.

Cons:

Wi-Fi access only in the lobby of the building.
