Lugar silencioso, confortável, chuveiro bom, cama boa, tem um mercadinho bem em frente.

Cons:

Não tinha bucha e sabão para lavar a louça, daí evitei usar, e poderia ter um sabonete pequenos para banho.

DESENCANTO TOTAL COM O FLATS STUDIO 45!!!!
Pros:

Nosso desencanto maior foi ter pago R$58,00 como taxa de limpeza e não ter usufruído da mesma: 1) Limpeza ( lençois sujos, banheiro sujo, geladeira com mofo, sugador de gordura sobre o fogão cheio de poeira). Toalhas de banho pareciam lixas de tão ásperas. Não tinha TV LED, NÃO TINHA FORNO DE MICROONDAS, embora no contrato informavam que havia. Sem opção de late check-out. Sem recepção para fazer o check-out e dar feedback sobre a estadia e cobrar o que foi prometido e não foi entregue. Até o momento não recebi a Nota Fiscal do pagamento efetuado nem o comprovante de estorno da caução. Espero que o Hotel.com tome alguma providencia!!!!

Mesmo acender o fogão, no banheiro
Havia sequer papel higiênico , me cobraram 58 reais de taxa de limpeza , 50 reais de antecipação de check in e mais 200 reais de caução que foi passado via cartão de débito e até o presente momento estou aguardando a evolução ! Atendimento ruim , a moça chegou arrancando os meus pertences da recepção e não foi nem um pouco simpática ao explicar as regras do local , espero que essas pessoas que me
Receberam jamais sejam recebidas dessas forma em outro local , a minha parte eu fiz ,tentei manter o ar ligado o menor tempo possível e usei o chuveiro no modo econômico , o atendimento é feito via WhatsApp sem nenhum profissionalismo ,inclusive fui bloqueado pela pessoa que me atendeu , além de te deixarem esperando por horas até te entregarem as chaves .
Fiz a minha parte , espero que eles cumpram com a deles

Boa porém sem wi-fi
Pros:

Flats bons, só devem tomar cuidado com as condições na hora de fechar a reserva. Não tinha nada sobre ventilador ou ar condicionado na reserva, nem diferença de preços, conseguimos um quarto com ar condicionado na base da simpatia mas queriam oferecer um upgrade. Wi-fi esquece! Simplesmente NÃO FUNCIONA. A rede é aberta e acho que esse deve ser o problema. Outro problema: agendar o horário para fazer check-in. Estávamos indo de carro, dei uma previsão de chegada de 1h entre um horário e outro (17h - 18h), mas só poderia efetuar o check-in no horário certo. Ou eu iria esperar ou chegar depois do check-in. A pessoa responsável pelo check-in não poderia esperar 1h até a nossa chegada. Fora isso, flats limpos (também com uma taxa de 58 reais deveria ser limpo), organizado, boa localização, área boa. Estacionamento na rua, não compensa pagar para estacionar na garagem, a rua é tranquila. Foi uma hospedagem boa no geral, só o Wi-Fi mesmo que ficou a desejar, porque NÃO FUNCIONAVA DE JEITO NENHUM.
