The 4 stars should be reevaluated, its more like a 2 star.
Pros:

The location was great and facilities were clean.

Cons:

This should not be listed as a 4 star. There were hair all over the brand new sheets, stains on the wall, bathroom, and towel. The window doesn’t shut all the way, its too small, if you pull it to the left the right side opens and vise versa. Had a view of the trashcan. The shower head was up to my shoulders and I’m only 1.70 cm (5’7”) so this is very low. the towel rod was crooked… the light fixture was too. And the bathroom fan vent didn’t work.

Pros:

O hotel, com toda sua decoração em madeira, é lindo e aconchegante. A localização é perfeita, em frente ao rio junto às lojas de artesanato e as ruas e mercados noturnos, e mesmo assim nenhum barulho nos incomodou. O atendimento é excelente assim q chegamos já fomos bem recebidos com um suco e toalhas umidas devido ao calor. A recepção sempre prestativa, perguntei se havia algum lugar proximo onde poderiamos imprimir nossos documentos de entrada em singapura q era para onde iriamos depois, e eles prontamente imprimiram para nós. Um dos dias, avisei q sairiamos para um tour no dia seguinte muito cedo e prepararam um box com nosso café da manhã. O café da manhã é servido no restaurante do hotel com uma linda vista para o rio, é bem diversificado atendendo os gostos ocidentais e orientais muito bem.

Cons:

A área da piscina é maravilhosa, decoração linda, tamanho e arquitetura admirável, mas água é muito fria, sem condições de usar.

La situation, les équipements, la gentillesse et la compétence du personnel, bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Des travaux de rénovation doivent être entrepris ( une porte de placard chute à son ouverture, plomberie de la salle de bains)

I loved the whole place, it was truly beautiful.

Cons:

It wasn't a very relaxing experience for me even though it has spa facilities.
My friend moved his room and they put him in an internal room that had no window to the world.

There was a young man sat talking on his walkie talking loud outside my room in the evenings and the wooden floors were polished outside my door at 5. 30am and all night long a pop up bar at the end of the side street played loud music cranking it up at 3am to 5am.

We had booked for 2 weeks but left after one week to a much quieter little oasis away from pub street.

Apart from the noise and location, its a beautiful place, if you have come to visit the bars and nightlife, and busyness then it will suit you.
The decor is so gorgeous, like staying in a Temple, the staff were really lovely.

Es un hotel muy interesante, muy bonito, con alma, sientes que estas en camboya. No es como otros hoteles que entras y podrías estar en cualquier parte del mundo, este es muy singular.
Las habitaciones son enooooooooooormes al menos la mia era gigante. El desayuno tambien muy rico. Y la atención de todo el personal fue muy buena.

Pros:

Location excellent - very near main tourist attractions including Pub St and Night Market. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging affordable and high quality tours of the Angkor Temples, and in providing transportation to other events and the airport. Breakfasts were excellent.

Mitten in der City gelegen, neben Alten Markt und Night Markt, erfüllt dieses Haus einfach alles. Das Personal so zuvorkommend, freundlich und absolut auf unser Wohl bedacht, hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Frühstücksbuffet absolut spitze. Die Zimmer gemütlich, großzügig und richtig komfortabel. Informieren Pool, Sauna und Dampfbad dabei. Unsere erste Wahl in Siem Riep
