The place was spacious,there was housekeeping

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the apartment. The shower taps didn't work well. There's no air-conditioned in the whole apartment. Fans were placed there but not very effective. The windows are not safe for kids. Anyone can fall out the windows.

Friendly security and reception personal

Cons:

Cockroaches in flat, sofas torn and some not working for leg rests, electricity units very low, window not closing, WiFi not working all the time,plug points in bedroom not working,no shower curtain in ensuite tub shower combo

Was comfortable and happy. Will definitely utilize the service again.
Pros:

Liked the following:

1. Clean
2. Nice and spacious
3. Two bathrooms / Showers
4. Clean linen and towels
5. Has Fibre / wifi
6. Has three lifts so it's quick
7. Pool / braai area was really nice
8. Underground security controlled parking

Cons:

Didn't like

1. No shower curtain in main bathroom so very wet and slippery floor.
2. Main windows overlooking the beach don't have any bars securing them and the opening is quite low. So for those with small kids you need to be very vigilant. Fortunately my two kids are teenagers so it wasn't an issue.
3. The park area in front of the venue has a few vagrants who sit there during the day which is nto great however we noted the police drive through the park everyday.

I lived in Durban for a while so know the area. We didn't have any issues otherwise.

The receptionist was not friendly, when we arrived she even told us to call the owner of the room that we arrived they don't belong to them aybo kuning
