If you are travelling with your pet or in an EV look elsewhere

Staff were friendly and efficient. The pool was large with plenty of sunloungers

Were we charged €245 for our family dog for our 7 nights stay. He is a quiet clean dog and has been with us on many occasions and there has never been any issues with him. There is no transparency about this fee, either on booking.com where it says fees may apply, or on the hotel's own website. The hotel refused our request for a reduction in the fee which we feel should be capped.
There are two EV charging places in the hotel car park, which is good. However on many occasions I saw ICE cars parked in those spots. I asked the girl on reception, as we were leaving, did the hotel monitor which cars parked in the EV spots and she admitted the hotel did not.
Whilst the hotel itself has good facilities, the Samil area is a bit of a restaurant desert. Other than a reasonable Italian restaurant McDonalds is the culinary highlight of the area.

Hotel moderno e muito confortável, não recomendo o restaurante
Pros:

Quarto muito amplo, hotel moderno, mesmo em frente à praia. Piscina simpática. Excelente pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Há poucos funcionários no restaurante e no buffet, o que prejudica muito a qualidade do atendimento e até a simpatia. Blackout péssimo. Restaurante demasiado caro para as refeições servidas (demorado, salgado, péssima relação qualidade/preço)

Wrócę tu w nastepnym roku po raz czwarty!

Fantastyczne śniadania oraz obiady. W barze pyszne przekąski a przemiły Ricardo potrafi przygotować świetne drinki. Blisko plazy i promenady. Basen mały ale czysty. Niedużo miejsc parkingowych przed hotelem ale można zaparkować na sąsiedniej ulicy. Personel bardzo miły i uczynny

Cons:

Trudno się dodzwonić do recepcji. Bardzo duże obłożenie i nie zawsze można zarezerwować termin jaki się chce. W weekendy ciężko o miejsce na parkingu ba miejsca zastawione przez plażowiczów.
