La ubicación, el parking gratuito y sobre todo la amabilidad de Esther la recepcionista.
No pudimos utilizar la piscina, estaba en mantenimiento.
Solo utilice el aparamiento y esta bien
La chica que estuvo en la recepción muy agradable y nos explicó todo con calma y bien. También el spa nos encantó
Además Ciudad Real es muy tranquilo y pudimos disfrutar de la calma y el ir despacio
El trato del personal, y las habitaciones
Q la piscina no estaba en funcionamiento en pleno mes de agosto
La habitación y el trato por parte del camarero de la cafetería y la recepcionista ( creo que se llamaba Esther) la chica de burgos en Sevilla pero más valencia que la horchata
El Hotel está muy bien situado muy cómodo las instalaciones han sido geniales, el personal muy atento y muy resolutivo. Además el spa, aunque pequeñito estaba muy bien equipado y bastante, y accesible. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y la habitación de 10
Habitación espaciosa
La piscina la cerraron el 27 de Julio y no nos avisaron.
Al ir con niños el 2 de Agosto era asensial para nosotros que el hotel tuviera piscina
Solo una disculpa del empleado, que sirven de poco porque nos tuvimos que ir al centro de Ciudad Real con muchísima calor y muchos negocios cerrados.
La experiencia fue para nosotros nefasta.
