Exceptional
Pros:

The cleanliness, comfort and the direct response from he owners. Also Jose Luis, who takes care of the property was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I personally didn't have an issue with it because I have a jeep and any lil off road time I can get I take advantage of it. but it's a lil bit hidden, which I also liked because it's quiet.
