Stay was disappointing as we checked in really late and expecting that everything is ready.
Pros:

Walking distance to the shopping center.

Cons:

The advertisement was misleading. There is no pool on the property; it has been replaced by a Jacuzzi that doesn’t work. During our stay, we had no water supply, the fridge was not functioning, and one of the bathrooms had no lights. I recommend checking the air conditioning situation before booking, as we were instructed not to use the AC in the living room since it wasn’t included in our payment.

It is great, affordable, staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Location is very exceptional.
Pros:

I like that it is at the center of the Sorsogon city. It is near to SM Sorsogon, Sitex Terminal, and to Hospital which is the main purpose why I stayed at I'm Inn. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

No elevator, although someone will help you with your luggage, it will be difficult to go up to 3rd floor if you are with a senior citizen. Shower heater is not that hot but manageable for me.
