Nada porque por por culpa de booking y vuestra no he estado en vuestro hotel en junio volveré al Arenal pero desde luego a vuestro hotel no un cero no tuvo la decencia de porlomenos recibirme el director y contarle lo ocurrido por eso para mm ese hotel ya puede cerrar y lo contaré a grandes voces a todo el mundo yen todas las redes sociales a parte de ponerles una denuncia en la policía Nacional

Dobra lokalizacja, miły personel oraz smaczne śniadania.
Pros:

Śniadanie było bardzo dobre, codziennie coś innego na ciepło. Duży wybór i smaczne.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: Autobus z lotniska nr A2 podjeżdża pod drzwi hotelu. Wokoło sklepy spożywcze i dobre lokale na posiłki. Czysta, pachnąca pościel w pokoju i ładne widoki na wyższych piętrach. My mieliśmy w pokoju lodówkę i widok na morze.

Cons:

Ściany w pokoju nie były dźwiękoszczelne (jak podano w opisie booking.com). W pokoju nie ma też żelazka, ani czajnika oraz herbaty.
Ściany są bardzo cienkie: Słychać rozmowy za ścianą, trzaskanie drzwiami z korytarza i bez stoperów do uszu nie można zasnąć.
W łazience jest tylko mydło w dozowniku na ścianie przy zlewie i żel w pianie pod prysznicem (w dozowniku na ścianie) - brak zestawu kosmetyków (oddzielne buteleczki z żelem pod prysznic i oddzielne buteleczki z szamponem).

A kilátás a tengerre pazar volt, közel a strandhoz és a tömegközlekedéshez. Az ételek finomak és bőségesek voltak a személyzet negyon barátságos volt. A szoba tiszta és kényelmes volt, naponta takarítottak. Jól éreztük magunkat.

Cons:

A wellnes feláras volt ami még nem volna gond, de erre utaló info a foglalásban nem volt.

Very low standard for 4 stars
Pros:

Well . Very low standard considering was 4* ..no gym , no kettle in the room . No water . You cant make your drink in the room . Breakfast poor choice. Smell of rubbish even my room was on top floor . Not all staff understand we English.

No kettle in the room . Which for 4* I think is normal standard. No coffee . Cups water. Very poor 4* I will say. Location ok but a lot of noise from outside and hear and smell rubbish from outside even i have room on top floor . No gym. Breakfast very basic for 4* ..walking distance to the beach this for plus .
