Pros:

Это был ужас ! Такого кошмара я в своей жизни не видела не в одной стране мира ! Они сдают на 2 часа Команы для парочек и ты вынужден слушать эти стоны и крики весь день и всю ночь ! Приехала на операцию попала в бардель ! Грязно сливы не работают ванной воняет ! Один плюс это кафе на первом этаже и персонал там же ! Я в страшном сне не могла себе представить свое прибывание в Баку таким ужасным ! Сделайте хотя бы шумоизоляцию если уже хотите бардель делать с отеля !

The staff were extremely kind and supportive. Special thanks to Elvira and Kenan, who helped me a lot and made my stay very comfortable. The hotel atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with great quality and variety.

Мы остались под большим впечатлением от отеля в Баку, в котором отдыхали.
Сам по себе отель вполне достойный, но его главная фишка — это, безусловно, персонал.

Всё, что было нужно для комфортного отдыха, решалось легко и быстро.
Администраторы, ресепшен, ресторан, сауна, уборка номеров — на каждом этапе чувствовалась забота и готовность помочь. Любые вопросы не просто выслушивались, а действительно решались, а это сегодня большая редкость и огромный плюс.

В конечном счёте, всё делают люди.
И когда рядом такие люди — отдых становится по-настоящему комфортным.

Ставлю твёрдую десятку и говорю большое спасибо всей команде!
