Don’t do it.
Pros:

The colocated restaurant and bar is good.

Cons:

This place is run down and dirty. To make matters worse, there is no staff onsite to discuss any issues with.

Very disappointed.
Pros:

Being close to the beach was about it.

Cons:

We didn't like having just stairs and no elevator. There was people parking in what was clearly marked parking for guests only. They would park and go drink at the bar or down to the beach and then leave. Our vehicle was hit by someone that didn't let anyone know and just left. There were cameras pointing to our car and hopefully they will try to help. We filed a police report. I also didn't like that in the bathroom the light and fan were on the same switch so you had to run the fan which was loud. There was a hole cut out in the wall with a plug put in. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on in the wall and when we arrived there was hair left in the soap dish in the bathroom. Overall it wasn't the right place for us.
