HORRIBLE SCAM PLACE

I stayed at MANY places, tens of places, but I never experienced something like this.

We slept only 2nights here, I had to deal with cockroaches 4TIMES (thumb sized, HUGE cockroaches) in the bathroom. I had to clean gecko poop on the bed. A MILLIPEDE fell on me in the bed from the ceiling light in the bedroom. A POISONOUSS MILLIPEDE (attached the picture and video)

This place is infested with BUGS. They are entering from the bathroom ceiling openning and everywhere.

You hear 100% of the noise of the rooms next to you.

I booked 5nights but left after 2nd night. And they did not refund my money for the other 3nights. WHAT A SCAM.

Soggiorno molto piacevole
Pros:

Camera ampia davanti alla piscina. Piscina molto bella e adatta anche ai bambini. Disponibilità e cortesia dello staff che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Colazione basica ma molto buona (uova strapazzate con fette tostate e scelta tra the o caffè). Posizione magnifica vicino a qualsiasi cosa (warung.,pub,ristoranti,bar, spiagge,) vicinissimo alla zona del porto. Servizio di lavanderia a prezzi competitivi con tempi in giornata. Wifi in stanza veloce e molto stabile. Grazie ai contatti del boss Ricky siamo riusciti a organizzare il soggiorno della settimana dopo a Lombok.

Bagno molto usurato e pulizia che rispecchia gli standard indonesiani.

I ragazzi sempre con il sorriso e gentili ma questo non basta !

Cons:

Tutto sporco !! Mai visto una cosa del genere in 10 viaggi in asia .
Lenzuola rotte e macchiate , polvere ovunque .
Tetto aperto da dove puo entrare di tutto .
La colazione è solo e esclusivamente un toast con le uova stop !

L’emplacement par rapport au centre ville

Cons:

C’était sale, les draps étaient sales, le ménage n’a pas été fait une fois pendant notre séjour on a dû demander des serviettes de toilettes à chaque fois. Petit déjeuner inexistant

Great value in the heart of Gilli!
Pros:

Big room and bathroom, nice pool with water feature. Good location. The boys are the real deal.

Pros:

The staff and the location are good. Overall, okay hotel - quite convenient from the harbour.

Cons:

The property wasnt clean when we visited, we had to request the staff to clean it - which they did instantly. But still the pool was unkept and overall hygiene maintenance wasn't great at the property.
