Pros:

Clean, good location friendly staff

Cons:

The hotel did not accept international cards or let me pay through booking.com something not made clear before my arrival. I've never had an issue with paying with my foreign exchange card previously as all hotels have accepted it before. I had to pay with cash which they had no change for on the day so had to wait 24 hours

Pros:

The location was good and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I had asked them for cleaning when I went out but found the room wasn’t cleaned. I stayed for 4 nights the room wasn’t cleaned even once.

Pros:

Excellent service and staff was helpful too, enough space for a family and the provide extra bedding without any extra charges. Due to some external work there was some noise which wasn’t good but apart from that everything was excellent

Google maps location needs to be updated with exact location. Right now it takes you to the adjacent hospital entrance.

Good but please improve quality of food
Pros:

Room was spacious. Staff courteous

Cons:

Ira cafe. The food was not good. Also, slow service. The breakfast was suposed to be ready by 7.30am. No one was there and they slowly started serving st 7.45. We had to leave early in the morning and got late
