Great place to stay for a short visit to CT
Pros:

Friendly staff. Place very clean and a nice breakfast. Very close to everything in Town. Walking distance for some restaurants and bars.

Not a good option
Pros:

The room is small but modern and everything is clean. there are some fun places to experience in the vicinity but there are much better locations and staffing for the same price.

Cons:

Every step of dealing with this property was chaos, including changing my check-in date, the chaotic process of checking in, and the whole car parking process. There was one helpful and competent staff member, who I got assertive with, and after 2 difficuly hours of my time, he made things right. Only after learning that I own a home in Cape Town did he stop promising a future refund (that I'd never see) and do what needed to be done. The hotel told me to deal with booking.com and booking.com told me to deal with the hotel. There was NO HELP from booking.com Nobody was taking responsibility. The front desk staff lied, said they were trying to move my arrival date as they cancelled my booking instead. And even though I had proof on my booking.com account they denied it. Business in South Africa is VERY TRICKY so do not expect to get refunds or fair treatment. The hotel's elevator does not go down as far as the lobby, for some odd reason, and you personally have to carry all your bags up a full flight of stairs to reach an elevator. The parking garage process means driving up 7 stories in your car, and then fighting with a difficult electric door before getting back into the hotel. The staff is VERY unresponsive at every step.

Horrible and very unfair!
Cons:

Rooms in different floors despite my request.

Also breakfast not included despite having asked for it.

Ontop of that cancelation due to no met requirements would imply forfeiture of all payment.

Extremely pleased quests
Pros:

Our stay was amazing, the staff was so helpful from the moment we got there. They truly accommodated our every request. We booked our stay with breakfast, which was delicious, the manager even let me take snacks out after we had our breakfast which I had with tea before bed 🤭. The smallest things truly made them stand out, from refilling bottled water in the fridge, to setting out welcome sweets when the staff cleaned our room each day. We definitely would go back!

Sin lugar para pasar el rato, no hay áreas comunes. Súper aburrido el check in online, que por lo demás no sirve porque igual hay que hacer un largo proceso de check in al llegar.

Everything was exceptional. Good location, cleanliness, 100/10. Breakfast was very nice. All the staff is friendly . What was in the pictures is what we got. Wifi connected all the time without hiccups. Water flow in the hotel was wow 👌
