We did not stay att he hotel due to the risk of room invasions. never heard of this before

On booking in we were advised that there has been some room invasions and we have to sign a form indemnifying the hotel and its owners if our room is invaded, including due to ngligence of its staff. We declined to stay

Pros:

Os funcionarios sao muito cordiais e educados, sempre perguntando sobre o que podiam ajudar. A limpeza dos quartos, a cama era maravilhosa, sempre tinha duas garrfas de agua mineral no frigobar e saches de cafe soluvel diariamente como cortesia.

Cons:

o cafe da manha poderia melhorar com mais opçoes de bolos, pães e frutas mas em geral é bom, podendo solicitar aos funcionarios que se faça ovos e sanduiches na cozinha.

Pros:

The location is pretty convenient, just around the corner is a convenience store (Clicks), and a KFC. The staff were really nice and warm. The bed was comfy, and overall a decent stay.

Cons:

The flight of stairs before getting to the lifts were a task especially with luggage.
The breakfast selection was slim (at least what I was offered for the 4 mornings I was there).
The road right outside the hotel was quite dark/unlit at night, so it made me feel uneasy/concerned about safety (though it was okay).

Perfect place to stay - safe, highly organized and professional, very welcoming
Pros:

Very friendly and highly organized and professional staff. Would not want to stay in a different place when coming back to Cape Town, since they make you feel safe, appreciated and are very welcoming. Also highly recommend their transfer service from and to the airport. Very professional, on time and reliable. I had an issue with a different property in Cape Town and both the transfer driver as well as the hotel made sure I had a place to stay and felt safe. Thank you.
