Pros:

The location is good not far from
Hagata.

Cons:

The room on the 6th floor was smell like people sweat.
Therefore I asked to change room and as it is on the 1st floor and close to the common floor’s door so whenever it opens it is so loud that wake us up. Then we can’t sleep well.
