Excellent location, modern room, great host, super price
Pros:

Great location, modern room, the price is a steal. All the tourist spots are within a 10 mins walk from the hotel. The host was super flexible and accommodating. Will definitely return and recommend

Super lokalizacja , wszędzie blisko .Mieszkanie idealne , wszystko zgodnie z opisem można poczuć się jak w domu .Pani Irem 😘❤️❤️Cudowna ciepła i bardzo pomocna osoba .Serdecznie polecam , Ja napewno jeszcze tam wróćę .

Preis-Leistung und Lage Top
Pros:

Es war sauber! Natürlich sind hier und da Gebrauchsspuren, Kleinigkeiten aber für den Preis wirklich sehr gut!
Die Lage ist super, nahe des Taksimplatzes, des Galataturms, der Einkaufsstraße in Beyoglu und was mir persönlich gefallen hat auch nahe der katholischen St. Antonius Kirche.
Wenn man aus der Unterkunft rauskommt geht es erstmal bergauf, aber in Istanbul ist das nunmal so wenn man läuft. Man kann alles super erreichen, die Metro ist in der Nähe und man fühlt sich sicher.
Gegenüber der Unterkunft ist ein Stadion, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat - unser Zimmer war auf der anderen Seite :)
Wer nur eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen braucht und sonst auch nur unterwegs ist und Istanbul erkundet, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben!

В общем аппарты хорошие. Номер был чистый при заселении. Расположение супер
Pros:

Понравилось в первую очередь месторасположение и чистота. Апартаменты в 5 минутах от Истикляль, рядом остановка, все, что нужно-в шаговой доступности! Ну и сами апартаменты неплохие.

Cons:

Нас было две девушки и самый дискомфорт доставлял тусклый свет в ванной. Темно было краситься и тд.
Очень советую администрации из розетки у зеркала сделать двойную и купить зеркало с подсветкой. Каждый день мучались, пока собирались.

Так же с двух сторон еле держатся Бра, они прям тяжелой частью падали вниз, прокручивались. Мы все время боялись, что они отвалятся.
За счёт того, что пространства мало, такие сильно выпирающие бра и люстра-залог постоянного ремонта. Потому что невольно ты можешь их задеть. Мы пару раз задевали люстру, просто потому что натягивали свитер. Это выходило случайно, но сам факт. Хорошо, что не упало нам на голову, тк она уже еле держится.
Низкий потолок, нужно менять люстру. Иначе кому-нибудь точно свалится на голову!
Ну и в общей комнате тоже очень темно.
Самая главная претензия-освещенность номера везде и крепеж бра и люстры!
Для нас это был ежедневный дискомфорт.

Decent appartment
Pros:

The check-in worked well and the first impression of the room was very good. The kitchen was well equipped. Also the bathroom was big enough for two people and looked quite modern. The room was heated when we arrived, which was appreciated since it was quite cold in Istanbul during the night.

Cons:

It was very noisy. This seemed to come from an air-condition that was placed right outside the window next to the bed. It felt like sleeping next to a working washing machine. We texted the host and they confirmed that they will look into the matter and apologized. Unfortunately, we only had one night without noise. The last day we even had the noise during the day.

Perfecto
Pros:

Todo!
El alojamiento está en una calle tranquila para el descanso y tiene tiendas de alimentación y supermercado cerca. Está unos 10 minutos andando de la Torre Galata y toda la zona de restaurantes y bares. Nosotros nos hemos movido pie a todas partes.
El apartamento estaba muy limpio, la cama y almohadas eran muy confortables. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Además Irem estuvo muy atenta a cualquier cosa que nos hiciera falta e incluso nos organizó el traslado al aeropuerto (os recomiendo que lo hagáis con ella)
Otro bonito detalle es que nos tenían la calefacción puesta horas antes de llegar, en febrero hace bastante frío en Estambul y lo agradecimos mucho.
La terraza tiene muy buenas vistas, es grande y está bien equipada con sillas y mesas. Para nosotros hacía mucho frío, pero con buen tiempo es perfecta para desayunar o cualquier comida del día. O copas.
La televisión tiene opción para ver canales de todo el mundo, pudimos ver hasta un Betis -Sevilla 😁
En general nos ha encantado. Si volvemos a Estambul, ojalá, repetiremos alojamiento con toda seguridad.

Pros:

It was great that my girlfriend could already check in in the morning (I arrived later).
The location of the apartment was pretty good with bus stations around 300-500 meters away from the apartment.
The staff was very helpful and easy to reach.

Cons:

In the process of the room booking the many different room options were confusing. The differences between the different room options could have been made clear better.

Nice apartments
Pros:

The apartment was spotless and has basic things u need if you will stay 4-5 days (plates, cutlery, coffee machine, etc) and has a very good location. Check in was smooth.

Cons:

Walls are thin. If you are sensitive to noises I recommend bringing earplugs.

Pros:

When we arrived, the room was very clean, everything was intact.
Staff members are very friendly and helpful, every question or problem that we had, they managed with no problem.
We very liked the location. I personally think that this is the ideal location for tourists in Istanbul. 5 minutes from metro station, bus stops, ferry stops. Istiklal is also 5-10 minutes away, and on your way from very crowded and expensive Istiklal to this apartment, you will pass quiet and less expensive restaurants.
Supermarkets are 2 minutes away.
Also I liked the price.

Cons:

The view from the window was boring. We stayed in the studio, which is cheaper. I believe, if you choose more expensive room, the view would be good (according to the photos on booking com)

Note, that room service is paid, but you can take fresh towels and toilet paper rolls by yourself in special locations for free.

Pros:

One apartment was really clean and close to the centre and Pera palace

Cons:

The other apartment had a very intense smell of smoke. We couldn’t bear staying in. We spoke with the staff to come see it but couldn’t arrange to meet, they were absent. We wanted to change rooms but couldn’t.
